I bought the TH watercolor pencils... Haven't used them. I bought those cool butterfly dies from SSS... haven't used them. I have that shimmer spray, haven't used them in years. I now know what I'm doing this weekend! Thank you so much for the inspiration Amy! Very very pretty cards, fun techniques... Gotta go get inky now...

😂😂 The tweezers dissappearing! Yes! My daughter borrows things and they magically get lost 🙈 So when the rubber grip thing had worn off on my first set, I bought a new one, but can't make myself throw it out even though I got a new one. And now they're always piling up 😂

That's my favorite shimmer spray. It never covers up your work. Just adds the sparkle. I don't have distress watercolor pencils but I think my Caran D'ache watercolor crayons might give a similar effect. Yours is so pretty!

I love the whirl butterflies and dragonfly😊 I bought 1st set of watercolor pencils but not water colored with them yet. Lol. Just coloring with them right now. Plan on getting more of the whirl items because they are soo pretty. One day I will get the nerve up to actually use the watercolor pencils with water like you were doing in this video.💜

Love Distress watercolor pencils! How long does it take for them to solidify back, after getting them this wet?
depends on your climate etc - mine are dry again in minutes, fully dry in like 10-ish
Have you ever used the Caran D'Ache Neocolor? How similar are they to Distress Watercolor Pencils? I've got the Neocolor and Faber Castell Albrecht Durer watercolor pencils, so other than the FOMO urge to have the Distress palette of colors, I probably don't need them?
haven't used either so I can't say - use what you've got they'll prolly work great

I'd _love_ to see what would happen if you reactivated all the stuff in your splatbox and soaked some up with watercolor paper/plain cardstock. But I'm a weirdo whose favorite color could be described as "sludge".
I won't - it's a grey sludge mess and it's not pretty. I will need to open up my new splat box soon as mine is so saturated it's coming off onto everything and starting to get annoying
