As someone who's body is constantly aching and weak, these videos have done wonders in allowing me to relax enough to feel comfortable.
My daughter who was 17 at the time. Introduced me to ASMR vids a few years ago. Im a nurse who became a patient. I don't even care if the vid works on my pain. The fact that Sarah relaxes me enough to sleep for 5 or 6 hours is WONDERFUL!!!! I will keep u in my thoughts and prayers my fellow chronic pain sufferer.

I was wondering if you could maybe do a healing video based around addiction. I think it would be helpful to many of us. 🙏💛🥰
I had a one-on-one healing with her last week and haven't smoked since. I think it would be great to have a recorded addiction relief video.
Her one-on-ones are brilliant! I could easily do one a week and make it part of my growth plan.
I'm in recovery right now & that would be amazing. Reiki has totally helped me stay on track with treatment.
This and the reminder that addiction comes in many forms!

It’s funny: I don’t necessarily believe in this type of thing literally but it doesn’t matter to me if it’s “real” or not because it really works.
I didn't believe in this until I went to a reki master for a three day migraine. 20 min it was gone.

I feel that. I was diagnosed with bursitis in middle school-both knees. I felt like I was 80 by the time I was in high school. I hope you feel better!

I deal with chronic pain and they aren't sure what that cause is, and doctors seem to have given up on finding the answer.
I love all your videos but this one allows me to relax and be pain free during and even for a short time afterwards.
My favorite way to listen to this one is outisde on a pretty day like I have today in the sunshine and breathing in all the wonders of the earth around me.

Oh my goodness, Yes!! I have "skin pain" from Neuralgia is a symptom of my Lupus. I can never really get too many people to understand that my skin hurts, but there is no sign of trauma. It's the nerve endings just as you say. So soothing when you said that, I'm suffering from Neuralgia on the left side of my head & face for the last day or so.
Edit to add: the ticking clock is great, that's one of my favorite sounds in the world. Makes me so sleeeeepy

The clock has been there in all my videos as it was my father’s so it stays. Sometimes it can be heard, other times not. Some ppl just fixate on it.
