i live in MS and it gets hot asf here so what would you recommend for a good summer carry? something light, can fit in a gym shorts pockets of needed, etc
For my pocket carry I’ve found j-frame revolvers fit the bill well. They’re naturally curvy so there isn’t many snag points especially if you get one without the hammer spur. The cylinder also provides slight standoff so you can really get a good grip. I carry everything from a .22lr, .22wmr and .38. For .38’s I’d recommend wadcutter or semi wadcutters traveling anywhere from 650-750 fps. The recoil is much more tame with those loads. For the ..22’s just go with regular fun to ensure adequate penetration. Hope this helps.
@MattJones-gb9jt that did more than help. I usually carry my p365xl. since it's been winter I've had no problem wearing jeans but this southern heat don't play. preciate it
Was gonna buy the shield plus after the p365 I 1st bought and it's grip is fat. I have a smaller hand and it didn't feel good. But it shot the best of any gun I've ever shot. Now I've only shot like 20 different kinds. I almost bought the Hellcat 2 times. Went with p365 and the p365x and the p365xl😂
Just because this is how I am too me the sig p365 is one if not the best micro 9m pistol you would be mistaken to say you don’t trust the sig only because you don’t have a lot of experience you need to get the experience because honestly no gun shoots as good as the sig p365 does. But to each their own
I have 4 p365’s and 2 of them had serious malfunctions and had to go back to sig. I have over 30 glocks, never had to send a single pistol back. That’s experience, When you have malfunctions that would have costed me my life. I’ll never carry a p365. So many firearms shoot better.. the shield plus, Glock 26, Stoeger MC, canik mc9 etc.
@@spnfirearms well I do have experience wether you think I have it or not and what about the 2 other ones you have have you ever had issues with those, and what if a Glock failed would you carry that after sending it to get it fixed?
I dont know enough to argue about weapons😂 I depend of videos and comments to learn. Then a buy a gun. Put 200 rds thur it on 1st day. And if I don't like it I'll trade or sell it and move on
I'll be honest. Smaller guns are good for concealment. But sometimes, I like to feel like a superhero, or a supervillain, and carry a bigger sized gun. Like...I dont feel like a john wick or a spike spiegel, or a john McLane, or the terminator, when I'm carrying my sig p365. How am I supposed to sit in my truck. Smoke a cigar. And feel like a badass with a micro pistol? Naw. Im going to need a big steel frame pistol, you know...maybe my sig p226, and make this shit feel like an 80s movie.

🚨NEED A NEW UPDATE LIST AGAIN 👍🏼🔥
Serious question. How do you afford all of these guns? That's the life right there keep at it man. 🙏🏼👍🏼
I would like to see the Stoeger in stainless!👍👍🙏🙏
I went from the Ruger EC9S to LCP2 to GX4 and now settled on the 43x and Max 9. Home defense will still be the reliable Glock 23.
Hows the gx4 measure up against the max9?
@@Gl0ckb1te I like the Max9 more because I can shoot more accurately with it and also can pop in the 12 round mag. GX4 had the drop safe recall that I sent in and got back. Not sure if I trust it for EDC anymore.
Sucks so bad u got a lemon mc9. I got 1400 though mine and its been perfect. Such an awesome gun. Especially with my taylor freelance backstrap in it. I shoot it so dam consistent now. My p365 is for sale now lol.
No p10m?
Are all Hellcat Pro models compensated ?
No sir! None of them. The rdp version is the original! Respect
@@spnfirearms Thanks 👍
i live in MS and it gets hot asf here so what would you recommend for a good summer carry? something light, can fit in a gym shorts pockets of needed, etc
None of those, except the lcp max are gonna feel comfy in gym shorts.
@BulletBoat cool cool. do u have one personally? also do u have any other options?
I usually carry my p365xl. since it's been winter I've had no problem wearing jeans but this southern heat don't play. preciate it
Ruger LCP is super lite, but after 7 years I switched to SW 642 and never looked back it's great.
No doubt I think differently now after you had issues with the 365. It all comes down to personal preference and what you like. End of story.
Well said man, respect and thanks for watching
I came just to hear "it is what it is". I am not disappointed.
I came for "on point!" 😅
Easy: M&P9 Shield Plus, Glock 43X. That’s it!
Wheen I leave the house, my Smith & Wesson CSX goes with my. More than 1,000 rounds over the 18 months I've had the gun and not one failure.
Awesome video
Was gonna buy the shield plus after the p365 I 1st bought and it's grip is fat. I have a smaller hand and it didn't feel good. But it shot the best of any gun I've ever shot. Now I've only shot like 20 different kinds. I almost bought the Hellcat 2 times.
Went with p365 and the p365x and the p365xl😂
So... it a tie?😂
Cool vid
Truth the hellcat pro holds 15 rounds in a flush mag.
The hellcat pro holds 15 with the flush mag..
@@spnfirearms well ill be...
You must hate the P365.
Yooooo SPN check out BUL Armory. The Axe Hatchet C is 🔥
I dont know enough to argue about weapons😂
I depend of videos and comments to learn. Then a buy a gun. Put 200 rds thur it on 1st day. And if I don't like it I'll trade or sell it and move on
Arguing good for mass comments which is good for numbers. 😂
#shieldplusgang
GF9 Rapture 🙂
You seem like just a 365 hater there’s no way most of those are better it was the #1 selling pistol for a time for a reason
Grown men not being able to handle someone’s preference or opinion is just crazy…..
It was number one because SIG beat everyone else to the punch. Aside from the H11/Hellcat, it took a couple years for the competition to catch up.
Gxr nice
I'll be honest. Smaller guns are good for concealment. But sometimes, I like to feel like a superhero, or a supervillain, and carry a bigger sized gun. Like...I dont feel like a john wick or a spike spiegel, or a john McLane, or the terminator, when I'm carrying my sig p365. How am I supposed to sit in my truck. Smoke a cigar. And feel like a badass with a micro pistol? Naw. Im going to need a big steel frame pistol, you know...maybe my sig p226, and make this shit feel like an 80s movie.
👍
Idol worship. Always have to go buy more idols.
Good evening SPN
I see many folks commenting here about the great job you do. I totally agree. Your channel rocks! Between your family, job and channel, I don’t know how you do it all! That being said, you show that hard work and determination pay off. I’m happy and proud of you brother!
Thank you SPN
🫡 💯
Wow man, this comments means a lot. I just give everything my all. It’s draining, it’s not always easy, I struggle a lot but it’s all worth it in the end. I work hard and love my family and that’s why I do it. The people who watch the channel are just awesome (except for a couple terrible hating comments every now and then) and are a big reason I continue. Respect and thank you so much.
@@spnfirearms You got it brother! I like how you showcase your firearms, but I love how you emphasis why you carry. As you already know, it’s because you are your family’s protector. SPN, I really dig that!
Take care and I hope y’all have a wonderful evening.
👊🏻💯
No Canik?
