Your documentary is amazing as all the species that You presented are. You made a huge job!!! I love Raptors and I particularly enjoyed watching the Owls and the Vultures because I have never seen any yet. On the other part, I completely agree with Your concern about the decrease of their population. It would be great if the governments understood that Nature is more precious than economy. Without Nature, the Planet would be a completely non-interesting pay-per-view world, and eventually even Man could not survive. Thank You for sharing the beauties of Your Country, dear Friends! Have a wonderful week, and I extend my wish to all the wild creatures around You!
You will really enjoy the owls & vultures, they are majestic creatures!! Yeah "Non-Interesting Pay-per-view world" is really a very worrying scenario and current governments are focused only on economy. All over the world Nature is under distress. When first world countries itself not taking any big action on that, what action would a Government in Third-world Country would take !! Seeing the economic and development push in India is very scary :(
@@IndianBirdVideos appreciate the time of the team to bring up this fantastic video. Fantástico vídeo donde nos muestras la enorme variedad de aves rapaces que tenéis en la India, me apasionan las aves rapaces, tanto diurnas como nocturnas, gracias por darlas a conocer. Un cordial saludo.
An excellent video documentary providing excellent views and information about 50 raptors in India. I enjoyed viewing until the 19:56 end and gave you a big thumbs up. Thank you for sharing my friend.
Yeah, they are very small too, so spotting them is very tough! Happy to share our beautiful Indian birds with you :D Thanks for watching, Have a nice week!

What an impressive amgio documentary. Your thing is getting better and better. Raptors are great birds and it's crazy they have 50 species of them in India. Thank you very much for sharing and I hope you have a great week. Big hug.

Absolutely fantastic! One of my absolute favourite group of birds! Have been fortunate enough to have worked with quite a few of them as a rehabber. Their population decline and the lack of any conservation breeding or any concern is a huge issue. I really hope they don't go down the GIB way..
Sooo amazing video. Spectacular hard work Beautiful birds with wonderful unique information. Awesome editing too Keep it up A very big royal salute to you guys. Keep going ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Yeah, there are birds that look similar but little details to be noted to tell the difference. Besra , Shikra, Sparrowhawk all look alike on the first glance with similar size, coloring. But the eye color, stripes on the neck (gular stripe) , feather patterns are different for these birds. U learn these with years of observations in field and reading a lot about birds 😅 we are planning to do some video on Bird identifications soon , hope u will like that 🙂👍🏽
Sir, I really thank you for making and sharing this video, I was really confused of the black kite as eagle, now my doubt has cleared. You are doing a great job, Thank you very much.

Thank you for the enormous amount of time and effort that must have gone into this beautiful well presented video. Hope your efforts will lead to greater awareness, of the fragile nature of our en environment, and the danger of extinction to so many of these beauties, and ultimately fo us, if we do not stop the destruction of our environment in the name of mindless development.
Exactly our thoughts too :( Really worried about the future of the environment and the creatures that live on it ! Don't know at what point a fullstop can be put on development. The bird population has decreased drastically in the past 30 years, even after so many reports and studies, no consideration about this situation from the authorities around the world! There maybe few stories how birds were rescued, but overall the population of birds have gone so low, that's the sad fact :(
Nice Documentary on Raptors of India. But I am surprised how come you have missed out on Bonellie Eagle one of the most prominent endemic Eagle found all over India.
You have a very nice upload here, just great nature footage, beautiful shots with natural sounds at background. I love it ! Thanks for sharing , Like 69. See you soon again.
Just going by the way environmental clearances and policies are being executed right now, one can clearly see that raptor population will continue to decline.
You are right, we used to buy a lot of Falcons from India in the early 1970s, was the Lugger Falcon (Falco jugger) listed?, if it was i missed it!. We also used to get Saker Falcons (Falco cherrug) & Red Headed Merlins (Falco chicquera), they were listed here as Red necked Falcons the Indian Bird traders in Varanasi always called them Red headed Merlins, & i always will. Very rarely we got offered Black Shaheens (Falco perigrinus peregrinator) a sub species of the Peregrine falcon & a very handsome Falcon. We got offered Goshawks (Accipiter gentillus) but as they are generally smaller than European Goshawk i don't think any were imported to the UK. The only other hawk species i occasionally saw brought in was the Shikra (Accipiter badius) although being similar to our Sparrow hawk they couldn't touch one when trained. I had 6 licenses to bring in Lugger Falcons in 1974 just as the Indian Government banned their export!! missed out big time as i had already sent the money & i didn't get that back!!
What a superb video and the best informative and knowledgeable guide about birds I have ever seen. My friend also has a collection on his RUclips channel JUNGLEee MANIA Do watch it's also amazing!;)
