GTA LCS - Vehicles That Were Cut from the Game (Bus, Panlantic, Ghost, Dodo, VCN Maverick, and More)

Look at the Time Stamps of the Save Files I am loading up. They are from years ago and are NOT MY OWN! I found them earlier today on the Internet whilst searching for a Mobile Save that contained such Vehicles, but I couldn't find any as of yet. With that said, I did find a big huge Mega Pack of CHEATED Saves Files on PSP and PPSSPP using CheatDevice to spawn such Vehicle Models and in such Properties.
Note - There was OVER 100 total Save Files at 100% Completion with such Weapons/Ammo/Money and random Vehicles spawned in with random Properties. Obviously, I only chose 4 Save Files to load up as they had the most noteworthy Vehicles to show. There were Save Files with an AP Blista, H/AP/PP Firetruck, AP Trashmaster, and a bunch of AP Trucks and stuff, but not worthy to show any of that. I was mainly focused on showing Vehicles in which are CUT from the game, don't exist, period! The Save Files even contained a Hunter, but...This is old news. We can already obtain a legit Unique/AP Hunter from Karmageddon as of 2018 without CheatDevice and all this crap.
As you can see, I show Police Maverick. This is the CheatDevice Police Maverick, since it shows up VISIBLE inside the Garages and has the full Rotors in tact. Though, now in 2020, we can obtain the Police Maverick from a 3 Star Wanted Level (already made a Video, so check my Guide, don't ask, you're annoying) and THIS is what you see in the PORTLAND Garage within these Cheated Save Files. Someone spawned it inside the Garage years ago, but meanwhile in 2020, you can obtain it without cheats and nonsense, just like the Hunter! Years ago it was referred to as the "Tini Invisible Heli" but it's just the Police Maverick that gives chase to the player on a 3 Star Wanted Level. Shows up invisible in the Garage, can teleport into it (marked), and then fly it into a Pay and Spray. Boom. Now it's visible, but missing the rotors, and...Looks JUST LIKE THE POLICE MAVERICK! It's essentially the same thing. One visible, one invisible, and the invisible one doesn't have rotors.
The guy didn't know the Marked Virus, I guess. If he would of marked the Garage, I could of entered all those RC Vehicles in Portland by blocking off the doors and teleporting into them, but nope. Try and enter them, game crashes. Try and teleport into them? Toni stands there. So all of those Vehicles you see in these Cheated Save Files are TROPHIES! You can't enter them AT ALL! Besides, RC Bandit? Hah. That's not a Cut Vehicle and is obtainable, but with OM0. How times changed from when these Save Files were cheated years ago.
Yeah, the guy had the Bus as Panlantic as H/AP/PP. Ghost was AP, I guess, or at least BP/EP/FP since DP doesn't work on Boats in LCS. The Dodo is trash. Trophy. You can enter it, exit it, change radio stations, move the steering left/right, but you can't drive it forward or back, or fly it! X and Square didn't do anything on my Controller!
The rest of the Garages were just copy/paste job. Same old shit in Portland as I shown? Was in ALL FOUR Save Files! Same with Shoreside Vale. It was all the same shit, with some EC (fake) Banshee, that was H/AP/PP, etc, and then a Yellow and Black Maverick for unknown reasons. Some guy likes VCS a bit too much, I guess. Wants that Maverick from Last Stand or something. TheGlitcher, is that you?
But yeah, just cheated Saves. Deleted them already as I have no use for them. If you want to know where I got them from, let me know in the comments and I will let you know where I got them from. There literally is 100 Save Files and most of them are filled with cheated Vehicles, like random H/AP/PP stuff for like, every Model in the game lol, then random Cut Vehicles like these, etc...
