That Claustrum was a pretty slept on release last year, got mine from MSUO back then. Just nabbed that Warpchamber myself too, real happy it got a reissue!
yeah, hello Melanie, I grew up in the mid to late 1990's listening to death metal bands , like Incantation (US) 'Diabolical Conquest' -1998- , there was a band from the UK called Infestation (England) 'Mass Immolation' -2000- was the name of their album it is more I guess satanic death metal, it is a great album.
Hi Melanie! If you want some nasty black/death metal with an old school attitude & production, check out "Feral Forms" (with members from Claustrum, The Secret, Grime). Their debut album is called "Through Demonic Spells" wich is on Everlasting Spew Records. Hail from italy😎🇮🇹🤘 Full album here: ruclips.net/video/ULehepyDBd0/видео.htmlsi=y-Z1J6upA4qKmOQ0
That damn Defeated Sanity album is wrecking havoc on my year end list, creeping ever higher with each listen.. 1. world problem, I know.. 🤗 I couldn't for the life of me hear much death metal in that Bedsore album? I mean, surely not in the vocals, which to me sound more black metal? 🤔 And speaking of the vocals, they are my main problem with the album; I don't think they suit the awesome progressive music. Maybe it'll grow on me... 🤷
I only listened to Bedsore's new album once and maybe later down the line it'll grow on me, but I couldn't get into it. It's a little too progressive and not enough death for me. I can see why people are gushing over it though.
Warp Chamber is playing here in two weeks! I'm super pumped for that one! I'll definitely check out that Claustrum.
Horros of Horrors my favorite in that list: The sound of the ancients will never be surpassed by the new ones, at most imitated.
I got into a lot of bands by watching your videos showing awesome death metal and grind keeping the genre alive and well hold that flag high
Hope you and your family had a great Thanksgiving. I too am thankful for Death Metal.
Discovered a few bands from watching your videos, Neon Nightmare and Fulci to name a couple. 😎
The Bedsore album sound a lot
Like an Italian progrock of the seventies that I like alot

Defeated Sanity rules. New album reminds me of their 2nd or 3rd album. Less progressive unlike last album
The Sanguinary Impetus wasn't progressive whatsoever... It was phenomenal though.
I wish i got my groceries delivered and new vinyl every day
Ok? Then do it.
