Oreo Cupcakes with Cookies and Cream Frosting Recipe
Quick and Simple Oreo Cupcake made with vanilla cupcakes stuffed with bits of real Oreo and topped with an Oreo buttercream frosting
1/2 Cup butter, softened
1 Cup sugar
2 Eggs
1 Cup milk
2 Cups self-raising flour
1 1/2 Cup crushed oreo cookies
For the frosting:
1/3 Cup butter softened
1/4 Cup milk
3 Cup powdered sugar
1/2 Cup ground Oreo cookies
Oreo cookies for garnish
