You always have great info. Quick and to the point. Thanks!
Thanks for nice comments and feedback.
That's a really nice device. The one downside for me is that it looks like it would cover the magsafe port on my M2 MBA.
It's made for the M2 air so I don't think it would
Thx for the info.
Thanks again. At least we see some difference with the more expensive tech.
Great video!
Thanks for watching Daniel.
Thanks, I was leaning towards buying this, as I can ship in from a local Tech store.
Thanks for watching.
Thanks
Thank you.
Craig Neidel Thanks Much !
Thanks.
I may upgrade my M2 Air to the new 16-inch M3 Pro. Can I still use it then?
I would review the compatibility page on the website link and it should say.
I'm currently looking at that exact hub(Satechi Pro Hub Slim) and can you do a test like simultaneous 10Gbps transfer of the two USB-A ports and USB4 transfer test?
I'll let you know if I can get around to that. It's hard for me to do individual tests as you can imagine since I have a normal 50 hour week job and do this on the side. I would also check all the comments on Amazon etc. to see what tests the masses ran as sometimes there is good info on there as well.
When you connected your SSD Thunderbolt 4 enclosure that can do 3000 was you still only seeing the 300 range? Or did the thunderbolt 4 pass through work as designed and give you near the same speed? Would like to have seen the screen capture of that speed test as well. Thanks for the review.
If I can go back and test I'll post. Thanks
How does the Anker 8-in-2 Hub compare to Satechi?
They are both good. Just get which one has the ports you need and you won't go wrong.
Would this also be good for the M2 Macbook Pro 13?
Yes if it has two thunderbolt ports on same side it should work fine
I have MacBook Pro M3 2023 14” - will I be able to use this hub and be able to my charger port ?
I would review what the page says on Amazon. I don't have that MacBook so didn't test that model but I'm sure it will say on the page or in the comments.
Satechi USB-C Pro Hub Slim, $67.99 on Amazon and also reported on Honey price watch.

My Bad, I was looking at the wrong link.
Thanks. I put that in video also. Thanks for info
Is this a powered hub?
Hi Simeon, please check out the link in the description as it should list all the specs.
Which on do you recommend amongst PRO HUB MAX and TYPE-C PRO HUB ADAPTER?
They are both great and just pick the one that has the ports you require. You can't go wrong.
What is the power volt of the Setachi hub
Hi Simeon, please check out the link in the description as it should list all the specs.
