    I tried a couple of these out. They are way above the current Gibson offerings! Phenomenal fit and finish! Great feeling , playing and sounding guitars! Getting one at tax time!

      Heritage guitars are more Gibson than Gibson will ever be. These Heritage guitars are made in the same factory with many of the same sourced material and by descents of the men & women who built the best Gibsons in history. I think more people are being turned on to Heritage guitars for these very reasons. I hope you're able to get one. I know you'll love it.

      @@redrocker1055it’s comments like yours that turn me away from checking out new products… how can you say that the original brand is less than the imitation? sounds like you’re just a hater. Why can’t both guitars just be good? I would never make such a ridiculous statement.

      @@Takeiteasy11 Don’t listen to trolls like that guy. I’d bet a million dollars he’s never played either a Gibson or a Heritage. I have several Gibsons and they are as good as anything made by Suhr, Fender Custom Shop, etc.

      @TheFalcon a person can have an opinion based on a comparison. I have a new 50s standard gobson and a new H150.. the build quality of the Heritage is much better. Heritage employs something like 35 people and the average time there is 20 years. Both my guitars are great. I'd buy both again.

      @@Takeiteasy11 both guitars can, but the Big G has more machines involved...Heritage has more hands involved, like the 1950s guitars

    Just got my Artisan Aged H535 and I must say it's the best playing guitar I've ever owned in my life. Im a Strat player(American Silver Sky's) and this 535 has become my favorite. The perfect amount of aging, gorgeous lemon burst, and an amazing set up to boot. My first semi hollow and it really warms me up inside, it may have converted me to humbuckers.....

    Those guitars look and sound amazing, especially in the hands of Don and Mitch. I will be getting one of those within the next few months. Until then, I swapped the stock pickups on Gibson Slash Les Paul with Duncan Antiquities and they are incredible pickups.

    The only thing I’m not crazy about visually on Heritage are the tiny, shrunken headstocks. They just look out of place or visually unbalanced with the rest of the guitar. Otherwise tho, they’re beautiful and sound fantastic!

      It took me some time to get over that as well. I personally think the proportions and pickguard on the H150 are more attractive than a les Paul, but man that headstock… lol. But I happened to be at a guitar shop while there was a heritage rep there and he had a prototype gold top h150 he was demoing and he let me play it. I was sold. Once I played it I gave zero shits about the headstock. All the crap gib-heads talk about with “it just felt like mine as soon as I picked it up.” Or “feels like I’ve been playing it for years.” I never understood. And I own my fair share of gibsons and have played many more. But with that gold top h150, I got it. I understood that feeling finally. I immediately decided I had to have one in my arsenal. I’m currently waiting on one just like the one Mitch is playing in the video. So excited for it to probably be my favorite Les Paul lol.

    I've got an h150 from 2000. Mine has the Schaller pick ups and it sounds good enough that I never thought about changing them but man those sound incredible. Are they the Duncan's?

  • @adamwatson6916
    @adamwatson6916 11 месяцев назад

    I'm curious why they didn't use the Heritage 225 Parsons Street pickups that come in the Custom Core guitars. Seths and the Antiquities are great but those 225 pickups are great. They are like a mixture of Duncan Seth Lovers Duncan 59s and Gibson Custombuckers are rolled into one .

      @@Brent-Nelson68 man I'd love to try one of the artisans or cc models I'm sure they are sweet. I've got a 150 from 2000 and I love it. Everyone complains about the headstock, Pickgaurd etc. But my advice is always just get one and play the damn thing! You won't be worried about it.

    I dig'em but they're not fully aged. There are parts that aren't aged at all: pickup rings, tailpiece, screws, inlays/fretboard, pickguard. If you're going to age it then age it! Don't half-a$$ it!
