Many celebrities are constantly judged and this is her showing that she feels like she’s being constantly watched and she can’t display who she really is. This is especially showed at the end of the video where the puppet’s guts are showing and suddenly everyone is disgusted by it and leaves it. They are all disgusted by what’s inside. Her being a puppet controlled by a teacher represents how society controls her and expects her to be someone who won’t make any mistakes.

Even though this song is about people treating their favorite idols like shit and not caring about how they feel, I can still relate to this song. I’ve always felt like I was treated in the terrible way were people had never even cared about how I felt in a situation and that I was just a toy for them to throw around and anytime I just wanted to express myself and my feelings, they wouldn’t give a fuck. Bit of an analyzations here:
So the song itself is a message to her fans who dehumanize her and who she is. She is viewed as if she is a mere object to show around and both her passion for music is tossed around and ignored.
There's a reference here as well I believe to something that happened with her. Where some fans took a photo without her permission or anything and she had politely asked them not to afterwards and acknowledged how rude it was. Instead several people began to misinterpret the situation and call her a rude person who doesn't appreciate her fans. This goes with the song considering its all about people judging her harshly without context and treated as if she isn't even real.
And with all of this at the same time she struggles to show herself as shown by the end of the video where the doll of her is tossed to show it's internal organs. This can be seen as a representation of her of course being toyed with to the point she falls apart and her weaknesses are shown off like the organs where everyone had walked off after the weakness was expressed.
I can go on for a lyrical analysis and I might soon. I just adore this song and this album so yeah. Hope this helped with your interpretations~

The part where the mv showed the doll, it could represent how she is seen as a doll by her fans as if it’s been dehumanized and toyed as if it doesn’t have feelings. When the doll is thrown so much, it breaks and the kids walk away. By the doll showing its organs, it can mean Melanie trying to convey the message that she’s HUMAN too and has feelings not just a doll that can be toyed with my society however they want

The “WHY CANT YOU FUCKING HEAR ME” kinda broke my heart cause the song is about her being crowded of all her fans and basically overwhelmed with everything. She even says in the song that it’s hard for her to express her feelings because she is afraid that people will just toss it aside as another lyric. The reason most all of these songs were made is to send a message and this shows a strong one that almost each person on this earth should know. Even though she is a big famous person she is still a human being like the rest of us, she can have the same problems we have but we brush it aside as a new persona. This song shows that everyone is human and there is no changing that so stop putting these messages aside just for entertainment and listen.

I feel like this song is about how we perceive and treat celebrities. We have high standards for them and when they don’t meet these standards a lot of people become harsh towards them. They are humans just like us. They have their own shit to worry about and take care of. They get sick, tired, sad, angry, etc. They eat food, they shit, and they pee just like the rest of us. But most importantly they aren’t perfect. A lot of us tend to forget that.
