So sorry to read about his passing. I was looking up WUSA 9 on RUclips to see the classic opening titles from the "Eyewitness News" times (still miss that name and logo!) Ken Mease was frequently on when I was old enough to be watching. So many greats passed through... him, and of course the legendary Glenn Brenner.... RIP
R. I. P. to Glenn & Ken... Had no idea Ken passed away... Was looking up Glenn and saw that Ken was gone also... Grew up watching them both on WUSA channel 9 with my father... Was only a kid/teenager when I'd watch Glenn & the Redskins sports ( I've been HUGE REDSKINS FAN FROM THE DAY I WAS BORN ) ... And always loved watching Glenn cover the Redskins, that's when I started watching Ken... Loved both of them and I'm sorry to hear that they both are gone... Miss them both ... only wish I could go back in time to the days of watching them on channel 9, I miss those days... Rest in peace to both of them... At least we have all the memories... Prayers for both family & friends of them both... ❤️🙏❤️
