Mark the liners top before you remove it so you can put it in at the same place again ! Try fire 5 round and twist the liner 1/4 turn and you hitpoint will shift ! Turn 1/4 again and again until your hitting the highest point on the target ! Mark the liner at that point ! Now you got a straigt shooting rifle .

Keep us all updated please. Im trying to figure out wich is more acurate my self. I have a .25 shooting at about 877, trigger on C and valve at second line with 125 bar. Gun is Fx mk2 power plenum. I been shooting at 94 yards about 10 tins of jsb heavy mkii 33 grain out of the stock twist liner gun came with. Ok results not particular satisfied. Since your video I took out my slug liner last night i had bought while back cause i been wondering if slug liner is more acurate myself. Took it out today and for 3-4 shots it hit nearly perfect untill wind took me out of testing. Ill have to continue tommorrow on the test. Hopefully not a fluk. It would be interesting if slug liner indeed is more acurate. Would be disapointed on the pellet twsit barel.

Do you think that the big POI shift could be due to a slight bend in one of the barrel liners? I’ve also experienced a big POI shift by over tightening the nut.
It would be interesting to test how straight FX gets those liners by shooting a few sets of groups with the liner indexed in different positions.
    P.s. you’re the man 🤙

Slug liner vs pellet liner shooting pellets... I've noticed a difference in POI using the same liner depending on liner positioning (different reference point of liner rotation). I haven't had the time to do in depth testing but I've noticed quite a difference in POI. I am curious as to how big a difference there is when I change out the whole barrel kit. Testing to come soon as I will have more time on my hands in the near future. Maybe a good start up video for my (hopefully) coming channel . Great stuff on your videos. Look forward to more

Awesome video! Loved the experiment. Liked and subscribed. It appears that the barrel harmonics and twist cause a helix trajectory that crosses perpendicular at 50 meters at approximately 10 inches and at 5 o'clock because the group is way to small, so I suggest the same setup and shooting 20 shots at every 10 meters to make the experiment statistically significant and reproducible at the 95% level. Its almost akin to bowling where the spin, trajectory of the ball travels across the lane and crosses the center of the lane at the end of the lane to get a strike.

This is my view on pellets from the slug liners. I have a dreamline with .25 slug and pellet liner and a .22 600 barrel kit with slug liner and pellet liner. I mostly use the .22 setup right now. At 50 yards the slug liner works fine for pellets at 100 yards slugs have a huge advantage so I dont shoot at 100 with pellets. Slugs for long range pellets for short range. Currently I'm shooting .22 24gn dish back slugs a 880 fps with a bc. Of .081. The difference is 41 FPE at point blank and 30 FPE at 100 yards compared to a jsb 18.13gn at 31 FPE at point blank and 14 FPE at 100 yards. I would have done this in .25 as well but the fx .25 slug liners I have used dont like .25 slugs they seem to be to tight in the barrel. I'm waiting to try some .249 slugs to test more with the .25. Anyway that's my 2 cence great video keep it up!

Good stuff. Just add a little information.
With a slug liners you may want test multiple distances. if i remember currectly they shoot well with any pallets compare to STX A liners only shoot JSB. but some point of far distances, a group start opens and pallets destabilise because slug liner is a little bigger then STX liners and spin faster. I would like to see how much different between the distance that effect shots.

I’m also thinking 930 might be a little fast for diabolo pellets. I’ve just sent you a picture of a group I shot on Wednesday evening on Instagram. Velocity was 890 FPS with King Heavy Mk 11s. I want my 60 foot pound air rifle to match what I had with 12 foot pounds at 50 metres, pinky nail size groups, else what’s the point? Great video again mate, but those groups? I’d want more........Slow the velocity a touch and prepare to be amazed. Also, do what the other guy said, turn the liner a touch after each shot until you get the 12 o’clock. Shot, then mark the top of the liner. Do it on every liner you have. No more poi shift. I’m off to watch your twist rate vid. Cheers.

At 100 yards......well, I wouldn’t describe the shot pattern as even a group.
