Seda Central Bloc Cebu Hotel in Cebu City Philippines

My favorite hotel to stay at in Cebu City is the Seda Central Bloc Hotel, conveniently located in the beautiful IT Park, replete with restaurants and shopping. This is a relatively new hotel that is immaculately kept, with a variety of spacious rooms from regular, to one bedroom and two bedroom suites. They are all well appointed, super clean, and extremely comfortable.
I have stayed here over ten times over the last two years and I'm always amazed at how the staff remembers me so well to the point they serve me my coffee just the way I like it without asking, even when I return ten months later! I love that there is a low turnover with the very nice staff from the security to the breakfast personnel.
The location is right in the heart of IT Park and connected directly to the Ayala Central Bloc mall. Once you're at this hotel, you never have to leave! Even better, the famous Sugbo Mercado is just next door along with live music so there's a nonstop party if you want it.

The food here is great along with the gym, the rooftop pool and the gorgeous view of the city. While the hotel is now more expensive than it used to be, it's still my favorite hotel in Cebu City and for me, worth the extra money. I always book the one bedroom suite and watch movies. My guilty pleasure.

How does Breakfast work, do you need a pass or have to register, or do you just walk in

Breakfast is a nice buffet located on the 5th floor, where the main lobby and check-in front desk is also located. You walk up to the hostess at the restaurant on that floor (it is an open area connected to the lobby), and let them know your room number and how many people are with you. They will then seat you, and a server will serve you your drinks however you fetch the food you want by yourself. They never have passes for breakfast. Instead, the hostess will look up your room and name to verify whether your room comes with breakfast or not. If it doesn't, you can pay for it separately or have it charged to your room.
