Unwanted courses which doesn't have any use today should be scrapped. People having Bachelor's and Masters in no demand courses are the main reason for joblessness today. Companies like L & T and Tata projects are struggling to find skilled people for their job opening

Companies should be designing the courses. Instead politicians are selling courses of questionable quality and demand, to desperate students.

Since 1991, there has been problem with every govt. Whenever they're asked with jobs, they say "people don't have required skills", "people are unemployble" thing. And these statements boils my blood. Many graduates know all of this and already are skilled for these things in their undergraduate era. But when they graduate, they are not getting the required salary for which they did invested so much of their resources in upskilling.
Not just unemployment, but underemployment is also a bigger monster here.
And if people are not skilled then why are you still running the govt. Resign immediately for incompetence. And this Modi govt is the most incompetent of all. They're not just showing off their laziness, but also forcefully making people unemployed.
When inflation and unemployment are mixed, GST needs to be reduced, excise duty on petrol should be reduced (for logistics only) and taxes should be progressive. But what we are observing is totally opposite by the pathetic will of govt.
Also, employing daily wage labourers is not employment. Real employment is when the education youth are employed without being underemployed.

I work in a consulting firm in bangalore. Almost every team in my company has 1 person working and 4-5 members just leeching off that 1 person. They only open the laptop and just take dictation and type whatever everyone else tells them. This is the case in many other companies. India has a huge problem of complete useless burdensome people. Get real

@@astlinj the population didn't just spew up overnight. If you blame the entire blame on one government, the current one took over in 2014 right? Even if we go 5 years prior to that date, it's been 15 years now? Those youth are still studying and are not ready for a job. Atleast they're trying to make manufacturing units, bring investments.
The previous governments had no projection! There is no denying the population explosion happened with kids born from 1985 to 2004. There has been a downtrend from then and if you are aware Indian population is going to shrink from 2038.
