Just wanted to say a massive thank you for yours and Jack’s hard work and dedication to your videos (and us!) whilst you’ve been so busy. You’re my fave Jamie and I wish you both so much happiness💛💫
I think exploring the cities in Australia is always great but our natural landmarks and stuff is what makes Australia amazinggg. Ive lived here all my life and still seeing the gorgeous remote beaches/ rainforests/deserts gets me everytime! Defiantly would recommend exploring the nature and wildlife :))
glad you're asking! 😂 I would actually love to see a video about creating a video - from idea to upload. I'm really curious about the whole process and the role jack plays in it as well. Maybe that could also be an idea for his channel :) x
You definitely need to go to The Whitsunday Island’s. Being as they’re truly small, I wouldn’t go longer than a weekend! From there you can do a day trip to The Great Barrier Reef 🥰🥰 Congratulations on your wedding and wishing you all the of the best in this next chapter of LOVE ❤️
I love home improvement videos! The shopping for decor, the furniture process, floors, walls, and before and after 😍 so satisfying and love to see other people’s style/ideas
Omg you’re coming to Australia!! I live in Adelaide but I recommend visiting Sydney, Melbourne and the Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast. I think you might really like Melbourne it has a nice vibe, such good food but it can get a bit windy and overcast. The sunshine and gold coasts are in Queensland and that’s where you’ll find amazing beaches and hot weather. The Great Barrier Reef is in Queensland too. One place I looove is Noosa which is in the Sunshine Coast. There’s also the Northern Territory which is very hot and humid and probably what most people think all of Australia is like. Its a bit more adventurous than relaxing but there’s lots of crocodiles and “outback” scenery there. Also maybe do the great ocean road which is a really beautiful road trip in Victoria. If you love wine you can also come to the Barossa Valley in South Australia (my state) which is so so beautiful. There’s also Western Australia where I would recommend Margaret River and also loads of pretty destinations along the coast. Keep in mind Australia is really huge and sparse so it takes a while to get from one side to another so you will probably have to fly (Perth to Sydney is about a 40+ hour drive but 4 hour flight) but I totally recommend taking some road trips because that’s where you get the unique landscapes of Australia
For Australia you should rent a campervan and do a tour of the east coast, Sydney to the whitsundays and have many stops along the way. You HAVE to go to Fraser Island and do one of the safari driving tours you basically drive 4x4's on the beach its incredible. Also brisbane was my favourite place, I thought Sydney was a bit overwhelming Brissy was a lovely balance. Also you should go to Steve Irwin's zoo!
I love good old fashioned tutorials, throw back makeup looks (the fact is, most of us keep adding to our stashes, and as new products come in, we forget about what we used to love!), and chit chat get ready with me/talkative videos like this one. Personally, I don't care about hauls or line reviews or pushing advertising/collections outright. I could just sit and listen to you talk and do my makeup with you for hours. Keep up the wonderful work, Jamie. Congratulations on finishing all the matrimonial festivities!
I live in Aus and have traveled a bit! So many amazing places to see, Whitsundays, Great Ocean road, Melbourne but just anywhere, everywhere is so pretty in February so you have picked a great time of year to come!
I love home updates and your home is so beautiful! I’d love to see more of what you guys do, especially if you’re doing your kitchen soon. :) I also love your hauls/PR unboxing, it’s cool to see what is out there and what the companies want you to try!
Jamie, I’ve watched you from the very beginning, going back to the hair half blonde half black days collecting Illamasqua single eyeshadows, & I can see you haven’t lost your sparkle or love for make up. Other beauty gurus I watch sometimes look bored & like they’re forcing the enthusiasm for the camera but you never seem to do this. You still love make up, you’re talented & it’s a true pleasure to watch your hunger for more... whether that be vlogs, collaborations or free lance make up. I wish you all the success you can get your hands on. Love, Holly. X
i moved to australia 4 years ago from dundee and the best thing to do in aus is to backpack around australia visiting diffrent places and seeing every city because they are all so beautiful and i happen to live in western australia and it’s absolutely beautiful!!!! we hope to see you here!!
The East coast of Aus is the obvious to visit, although the West coast is just as amazing. Also keep in mind February is the wet season for the north of Aus! 🇦🇺
If you're going all the way to Australia you may as well hope over the ditch and have quick Visit to New Zealand! Theres a video on youtube called "Winter in New Zealand" by ben Mikha it captures a glimps of how amazing NZ is!! As for Australia, I think you will Looooove Melbourne and Sydney is also amazing. Theme parks and family water stuff is located more in Brisbane if you're into that :)!!!
I love these chatty makeup vids but I would love to see your jewelry collection, getting your hair done vlog, favorite closet pieces or staples, hauls! 💖
Jamie!! Your videos about planning and practical stuff really help me so I would love some insight on how you renovate your kitchen, plan your Australia trip, etc! Your packing video changed me as a person. 😂
I’m Australian and I’ve literally been EVERYWHERE. Melbourne is amazing for night life and food and art and fancy restaurants The Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast in Queensland are a must for the beaches and holiday-ing. The whitsunday islands and in particular daydream island is like the Bahamas in Oz xxxxx
house improvement clips included in the weekly vlogs....dying to see how the kitchen is gonna turn out...before and after with progression. love your get ready talks. so therapeutic! MAHALO.
Hello ! Just some tips from me, use a boar bristle brush, it smoothes hair for sleek looks, add a little light dry oil all over, with some of your fav hair spray, use the brush throughout the process, tweaking, and then lastly get some olive oil balm (in the ethnic hair part of stores) its called edge control. Little goes a long way. (: I hope you try it! If you curl your hair, put it in a sleek pony and add texture spray that ish looks so good!!! Just a fellow beauty lover 💋 have fun!
Thanks so much all, have to try your recommendations out, it's something I'm only starting to struggle with recently due to a lot of hair breakage! BTW - I'm Irish and we call them wispy bits here, well at least my family do 😂🙌
Omg you and jack would love Australia!! Its super hot here in February, its still awesome weather in Autumn too! Definitely recommend the coastal towns and visiting the small historical towns too.
I’d like to see a wearable grunge-y more autumnal makeup tutorial if you could, I feel like I kind of struggle to get that good grunge look without looking either too 90s or like I’ve been punched in the face 😂🖤
Definitely do Whitsundays I done a 3 day trip on a catamaran it was amazing and I loved driving on the sand dunes and around Fraser island, my favourite place in oz was noosa beautiful walk and has a great view of the sunset 😊
I lived in Aus for a year, and now I'm a travel consultant for an Australian company so feel free to hit me up for advice/bookings! You'll have an amazing time xx
I live in South Australia and it’s absolutely beautiful here. It’s very underrated!!!! The Barossa valley is wine country. The food there is incredible. Also a visit to Hahndorf is a must it’s a little German town. Also kangaroo island is absolutely gorgeous!!!! So much to see and do 🐨🦘🇦🇺
When I was out in Australia I did a harley davidson ride around ayers rock!! One of the best moments of my life. Also go to byron bay and the whitsundays islands ( filmed some of pirates of the Caribbean scenes there)
There's so much to do here in Australia! And feb is still summer for us so be prepared for hot weather! Melbourne is definitely all about food and coffee, there's also some amazing waterfalls etc a bit out of the city! Eureka skydeck in the city gives you a 360 view of the city. If you like history old Melbourne goal is a must! Plus there's a ghost tour at pentridge! Then you have Brisbane and Sydney and Perth and NT, THERE'S SO MUCH!!!
Byron Bay is definitely a little relaxing town that you will love! It is super vintage looking, and has beautiful 'healthy' cafes. Queensland is also great, especially Noosa and the Great Barrier Reef. Melbourne and Sydney city is a staple. Lots of great shops, cafes, restaurants :)
Hello! Love the vlogs and make up vids! Would love to see new drugstore make up looks, a new teeth vlog, Q&A with Jack. Congrats on the wedding guys you both looked stunning ! X
I want to know how you did your bun in this look! Also agree with more vlogs because I love watching your relationship with your husband, house stuff and of course your gorgeous shepherd (we have a long coat shepherd and its fun seeing how similar they are).
How exciting you traveling to my home. I live in Australia and you will want to go to Byron Bay, the Gold Coast and Far North Queensland. All great places that show case our beautiful beaches and relaxed lifestyle. So much to see and do. Can’t wait to see where you plan on visiting.
My husband and I went to Australia for a month for our honeymoon a few years ago. We used a company called Freedom Australia who were amazing, we said what we wanted and they came back to us with a plan. Flew GLA to London for few days then to Hong Kong for a few hours then to Perth. We travelled anti clockwise around Oz Perth, Adelaide, Melbs, Syndey, Brisbane and up to Port Douglas just north of Cairns to go out and swim on the great barrier reef. There is so much we didnt do that we wish we did/will go back to do like the Whitsundays. We done some wine tours in Melbourne which were amazing. You can cater your trip to you and cant recommend that company enough!! Happy Planning!!
This is one of my favorite looks you’ve done babe!! I love seeing hairstyles you do, wardrobe tour and more makeup tutorials!! You’re my absolute favorite beauty influencer I adore you. ♥️
Yes girl! Come to Aus ☺️ ya gotta do all the touristy things (climb harbour bridge, explore Sydney, great barrier reef, Cairns) I 100% recommend Perth and south of WA. Wine tour in Margaret River is amazing and the scenic drive back up to Perth is amazing! Also up north, Lancalen you can go sandboarding down the sand dunes! So much variety to do over here, you guys will have a blast! xx
Ahhh I can’t wait for you to see our beautiful Australia you guys will love it !! I’d say definitely go to Melbourne in Victoria the shopping is amazing . Queensland is a must it’s warm and tropical lots of beautiful beaches and you’ll probably spend most of your time exploring here , there is so many places to see and lots to do . Xx
You will love Australia!! I live in Melbourne and have seen the whole continent so I recommend: 1 week in Melbourne - The foodie and nightlife scene is the best here, there are beaches which are full of bars in February, and there is always something on. Stay somewhere on Southbank so it's easy for you to get around everywhere (the most popular hotel is Crown) 4 days in Sydney MAX - The city is beautiful but can be a nightmare to get around. Spend at least one day in the Bondi area - cute cafes and a really nice coastal walk to Bronte beach. Water is cold any time of the year tho. Sydney harbor is where the nice hotels are, and you can get a ferry to the zoo which is on a little island and is super cute. 4-5 days in the Whitsundays - a group of islands on the great barrier reef, hotels range in price so it can either be basic or super chic, just depends on preference. Wild kangaroos and koalas everywhere, it's absolutely stunning and it's the best place in Australia for swimming. You can choose whether you want to go to Byron or not - it's an adorable seaside town but very boho and fashionable at the same time. Very relaxed and iconically Australian with great food and beaches (Jack would love it I think) - From Byron, you can go see Uluru (the red desert), it's just an unbelievable sight and one of the few wonders of the world. From there, Brisbane is lovely and a more relaxed version of Sydney. Hope that helps! xxx I have heaps more info because I've done the trip to show people from the UK around Australia and it ended up being perfect.
Definitely go to the Gold Coast Queensland. So many of us Aussies go there for a holiday. There are high end shops and accommodation, also cheaper places to stay and everything in between. Theme parks, etc. actually just work your way up Queensland coast! Noosa is BEAUTIFUL too
Yes! Come and visit us in Australia! February is still our summer so it can still be REALLY hot depending on where you are. Most people visit Sydney and Melbourne and maybe Brisbane (where I'm from). Brisbane is great and has the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast (great beaches) and you can go to Zoo's and pat all of the animals! Or go to the Whitsunday Islands (still not the best time in Feb - look at mid year) and you can go to the Great Barrier Reef and stay at the resorts up there (amazing and beautiful and you can go white water rafting, bungee jumping etc). We have so much you can do! But really, please reconsider February - it will be WAY too hot for you and it's also cyclone season in north Australia!
I did an internship abroad in Sydney my last semester of college and my recommendations would be; as cheesy as it may seem the bridge climb is actually pretty cool (if you're not afraid of heights) and I would suggest doing it at sunrise or sunset, the number one thing I'd suggest is snorkeling or diving on the Great Barrier Reef - absolutely stunning and one of the coolest things I've ever done while traveling. I didn't do it but I'd say it would also be pretty cool to go to a show at the Opera House if there's something going on there that you'd be interested in seeing while you're there.
Just a huge congrats to you and Jack for the wedding and thank you for taking us on that journey with you!! It was so amazing to be given an insight into it all, very lucky! New vid requests: - Updated Skin Care (Get Un-Ready) - FULL jewellery rundown (rings especially) - End of summer/Autumn look Lots of love xxxx
Definitely go to Byron Bay, Noosa Heads, Fraser Island, Whitsundays and Magnetic Island. I just went backpacking through the east coast and those places I love the most! All in all an amazing country 😊
Hey i'm Australian and would recommend Whitsundays, Rottnest Island for the quokkas, wineries in either Yarra valley/ Barossa valley / hunter valley (you can do bicycle tours), bubble tents in Capertree Valley, Broome is also a definite go to for amazing coastline and Orpheus island for snorkelling etc. Then the obvious choices of Sydney and Melbourne

Hairspray on a tooth brush and brush them back.x

Definitely go to Byron Bay, Noosa Heads, Fraser Island, Whitsundays and Magnetic Island. I just went backpacking through the east coast and those places I love the most! All in all an amazing country 😊
I love the home vlogs/renovations videos and makeup videos
Love the little bloopers bit at the end. Cracks me up every time 😂
Hey i'm Australian and would recommend Whitsundays, Rottnest Island for the quokkas, wineries in either Yarra valley/ Barossa valley / hunter valley (you can do bicycle tours), bubble tents in Capertree Valley, Broome is also a definite go to for amazing coastline and Orpheus island for snorkelling etc. Then the obvious choices of Sydney and Melbourne
