Every year I am surprised at how beautiful the Christmas lights are in Tokyo, even though Christmas is not celebrated in Japan. I wish it were like that everywhere in Cologne and not just in the shopping streets and Christmas markets.

I've come across many such incidences in big cities, and it's always a tough decision whether to call the police, intervene, or leave it be. Another factor one should be cautious of is, whether there is alcohol or drug use involved. The location was unusual and why it caught several viewers attention.
@@renate-dv5dj All you say is probably true. And if it was indeed something that was violent or getting out of control, people passing by would have stopped to calm things down or offer assistance. I hate myself for always assuming the worst, I need to look on the positive side more often.
When I film videos, I’m always focused on how the scenery is being captured by the camera frame, so I didn’t notice it all. However, if this is a violent incident, other people passing by and I would have noticed it. I didn't hear any scream or the guy yelling. When I watched this video again, it looked to me like they were just playfully messing around. I hope I'm correct.
