Love watching you prep and cook Chef. We own 2 restaurants in Colorado and raised 6 kids along the way. I cook from scratch 28 days a month and I’m always looking for new ideas and meal prep ideas. Most of all I really enjoy your quirky personality and quips!
I LOVE these recipes! Can't wait to try these... thanks for the inspiration! Love the dark humor too... keep it up. I'm just learning real culinary skills, not just heat and repeat, so this channel is a new fav!
You have a wonderful personality and presence in front of the camera watching this video of yours felt like it was better than a lot of the food Network shows that I've seen so therefore continue what you're doing making great content like you do you seem to really enjoy what you're doing which is a plus from your dark witty sense of humor to just being relatable and I would love to see more of different recipes that you enjoy cooking
Enjoy your channel! Love the quick recipes and your dark side! You state funny words and I have to replay because I missed it haha. I say piss'em off do your thing. Thanks!
As one whom cooks all day, for a living. Am I the only one that finds it soothing, and relaxing to watch a confident Chef prep, and cook? Especially when you know everything is going to taste amazing when you see the ingredients, and most importantly, the process. Thanks Chef!
My first would be the Salmon, then the beef orzo, then orange chicken, then stir fry. But I'd be excited about them all. Please show me some creole seafood recipies!
You need to do more of these meal prep videos! I've learnt so much and cannot wait to recreate your fire chicken! Loving your dry sense of humour as well! Much love from Sydney, Australia xxo❤❤❤
I like the idea of 2 shelves in an air fryer. I have my 2nd basket one, but since I first saw your AF with shelves, I am seriously thinking about getting one of those. Plus I think cleanup will be easier.
I love you chef and all of your dark humor! I’m a chef in Cincinnati, Ohio love watching your content. Never would think about cinnamon in a dish like that, although Cincinnati chili gets a boost from cinnamon, so maybe I need to rethink. Thanks for all you do!
DEFINITELY going to try the Greek orzo pasta and orange beef recipes! I really enjoy watching you cook- unpretentious, warm, friendly...and everything looks SO GOOD!
loved the prep meal game! finding out lots more people don't like to shop, cook or clean! I tend to make lots of flavored compound butters so when my clients heat there dishes it will melt perfectly over the dish! obviously for dishes that call for butter sauces! enjoy your page! thanks for the content
This was an awesome meal prep video... multiple different meals but not that much time cooking. That marmalade/soy sauce beef sounds so delish! I'll definitely add it to my next meal prep.
Hi Eric I’m Patricia. I really enjoyed this episode. I love it when people sit at my counter as I cook so that’s what it felt like to me. I meal prep for myself but I weigh and measure my portions. Four ounces of protein, six ounces of a cooked vegetable usually because it keeps me honest. I have resisted an air fryer but now after your recommendation I’m going to warm up to the idea. Thanks for your efforts.
The beef with snow peas. I noted you used cinnamon in your seasonings. I use allspice and minced ginger for my “imperceptible” sweet spices in my flavor mix. Thank you for the information about meal prep, insights about instapot versions, and these good recipes! Love back!
recently found your channel and i'm so glad i'm just in time for the videos, please keep them up! i love learning new things and you're great at teaching them
I have two basket air fryers. The first is one basket, the second is the two basket style. I love both but prefer the two sided style opting to use one side if my meal is small. I also bought two bacon cookers for the side by side. Amazing and zero mess!
I have a Breville Joule countertop oven. I haven't opened my full size oven in years. The Joule does everything plus air fry and slow cook. It cooks quickly and beautifully. The app is full of great recipes, too. I'm not affiliated. This is not an ad. it's just a great single person's solution.
Love your channel. Your channel is inspiring me to cook food that is flavorful. Cooking for 2; we are both well over 60 years young; making simple, healthy and flavorful dishes is challenging.
Really like these simple easy recipes, I showed some family members the finished produt, now I m fixing the chicken, orange beef and peas. Only difference will be ill have more vegetables, because I really like green vegetables. The thing that's a must is making that beef orzo tomarrow.
You have really evolved your on line personality, and it works, keep up the great content and all success to you, well done mate. Colin from South Africa
I enjoyed that. I would add roasted cashews to the orange beef for me. I’m slow cooking corned beef at the moment will glaze it with some soy sauce whole grain mustard and a little brown sugar and grill just before serving. ❤
Another wonderfully entertaining video, thank you. Just watching you cook helps me improve my skills RUclipsrs approach meal prepping differently. I prefer yours - cook it all and you're done for a bit. I'll report back after I try one of these dishes. P.S. Your restored my faith in air fryers; I was ready to give mine away.
Thanks Eric! Excited to try the salmon. The way that beef pulled apart in the pot!?! Fantastic. It will be great watching the restaurant remake vlogs. When you did the Menu burger from that restaurant chef's kiss!
I loved this video! learned a lot and am very excited to try making these! You doing these longer videos is great because we get to see it all, step by step and that helps me a lot. Thank you!
I watch a ton of cooking videos! Plus cooking competition shows from all over the world. You are amazing and so talented. Absolutely loved this video and look forward to many more. PS I do not own an air fryer... but will be asking Santa for one this year! 😘😘
Hello from Austin! Loved this video. The longer ones are probly a lot more work, but they're great! And it's super-interesting when when you go to restaurants, so I'm looking forward to that new content. Also really enjoy your humor -- screw any negative Nancys. 😆😜
The more a person tries to cook these recipes the quicker it will go. I was my Mother sous chef/ dish washer. She did not have enough pans, so washing mixing bowls, pans constantly was essential. When she finished cooking, all the cabinet doors open, the floor was a mess, counter tops gross. From this situation, I learned to have more mixing bowls, pans and meal prep is essential. I got married at 19 and was so glad to get the hell out of her kitchen! I clean up as I go and ask for help when needed. Cooking isn’t hard IF you prepare your grocery lists, clean as you go, and try to wake up to empty clean sinks! Learning from you about spices and portioning out in black storage containers!❤
I need to love to show my air fryer some luv. I have one that has 2 separate baskets and you can air fry things at different temperatures but I never use it.
Really enjoyed this video, you're packing in the value - I get a grasp of what flavours work together, time things take, the order you do things in, things you can change if if it doesn't quite go to plan. I learned so much, and got some new ideas for things I do at home. Thank you ! :)
I know where to come when I have an itch to get in the kitchen forreal! And coming from an Aquarius I definitely get your humor😊 I definitely chuckled a few times!

I'm making stuffed cabbage with brown gravy and potatoes and stuffed peppers with red sauce. Love watching you!
I’ll be your friend!! Your humor is hilarious! Adds character to your videos.
My first would be the Salmon, then the beef orzo, then orange chicken, then stir fry. But I'd be excited about them all. Please show me some creole seafood recipies!
Love the basket style air fryer. I cook a whole chicken in mine and it turns out like a rotisserie chicken!
I still haven't done that but need to
Love your long form content. And your dark humour. Plus food. That's entertaining for me. Keep up the great work ❤
Love this Chef!! Will you also share the japaleno pesto recipe too 🥹. Thank you for being an inspiration!!! ❤
Coming soon
And the thing I love the most about my airfryer and rice-cooker is the easy cleaning.. The oven is too much work cleaning
💯
Your sense of humor is amazing! Never change! I am the same way as you on the air fryer thing. I can't decide which I like better.
Yes Will try these recipes.
You need to do more of these meal prep videos! I've learnt so much and cannot wait to recreate your fire chicken! Loving your dry sense of humour as well! Much love from Sydney, Australia xxo❤❤❤
I’m gonna try it all!! Love!❤
Thank you chef. A mix of video lengths is bringing all the misfits to the yard.
I like the idea of 2 shelves in an air fryer. I have my 2nd basket one, but since I first saw your AF with shelves, I am seriously thinking about getting one of those. Plus I think cleanup will be easier.
So much easier on the basket. I need to do a side-by-side comparison
I love watching your videos like this that explain things. What I’ve learned is that I need to use my Insta pot a lot more than I do.
I love the more frequent videos. 😊
I’m an ok cook but your giving me ideas to be a better cook! I really appreciate you breaking down the spices & sauces you use.
loved the prep meal game! finding out lots more people don't like to shop, cook or clean! You encourage me to cook meals at home! Thank you so much! 🙏
GREAT video! I like these food prep videos and seeing the finished dish. I look forward to the air fryer comparison.
I loved the whole video- I think I’ll try the orange beef first!
I listed the ingredients and making the orange beef first also! The roast is second!
I’ve been watching you for quite a while now. I must admit this is one of my favorite blogs that you’ve done. Please keep it up!
This was an awesome meal prep video... multiple different meals but not that much time cooking. That marmalade/soy sauce beef sounds so delish! I'll definitely add it to my next meal prep.
Really enjoyed the dark humor.
More meal prep vids please!! Love your channel, thanks!

I make Korean chicken often for my clients. I do add a touch of honey for sweetness and I can not 'not' use garlic and ginger. Love the 'dark' humor!
Loved it! really like learning different uses of air fryer, pressure cooler..
It was a wonderful meal prep. In fact both my husband and I watched this episode and he now wants me to cook these recipes.
The beef with snow peas. I noted you used cinnamon in your seasonings. I use allspice and minced ginger for my “imperceptible” sweet spices in my flavor mix. Thank you for the information about meal prep, insights about instapot versions, and these good recipes! Love back!

I really enjoyed this one. You remind me of a less technical Alton Brown and I mean that as a huge compliment!
Anytime anyone compares me just a little bit to Alton Brown I'll take that as a huge compliment. He is the goat
Yes I did learn something.. I also think I will be trying a couple of those recipes like the braised beef & the chicken & broccoli!!
Those all look amazing! I hope to attempt the fire chicken and braised beef.
