I will add another small tip for reset if you don't mind. Create something whimsical, a silly hat, a stuffie, a funny ornament or token, a fish bag! A small investment of time and scrap yarn to get the juices flowing again and step out of the serious zone, play with color, the absurd and quirky. It really does the soul good. I am type A and this has been so helpful to me!
i found you yesterday and watched a few of your videos while being sick, u have such nice calming healing energy im totally not surprised u are a nurse
i relate to finding comfort and perspective in the videos and art of people older than me. a lot of social media tends to be populated by people younger than me and it makes me feel bad about where i’m at. knowing i still have time is so comforting! thank you for sharing, i hope you’re doing well and having a good new year so far! 💛
I love this video and all your suggestions!! As a hobby knittist/knitter (?) and also a professional Photographer, there were so many tips to help with both creative pursuits. Your content is always soothing and inspiring 😘
