sometimes I feel like The Noisy Freaks are like The ELO (Electric Light Orchestra) of techno music. Integrating instruments into techno songs that would normally never be associated with the genre like strings and grands piano. Not only that but doing it in style, making us all love every minute of it!
Actually, most electronica starts with instruments and then is intentionally warped and wafted into the amazing sounds that they are; I do agree that Noisy Freaks do what they do very well, but their techniques don't particularly stand out in the genre. Dubstep, though similar, is usually just various and sundry sounds that are put through the same process. But that's just me. N/F are still awesome either way.
