I just feel like everyone is forgetting how Al treated Armon for weeks. For so long Armon would smile and nod and be mature about the situation and then when he let Al have it now he’s “unprofessional” idk, even in a more professional world I would have only let my coworker slide for so long.
These comments let me know how many of you have never worked in corporate America. Armon aired out some things that should not have been said. He either lied or someone told him some things and he went back and repeated it, on air. This does not work in the work place. It may work for a RUclipsr but not a network.

This whole thing coulda been avoided I think if Claudia had just stayed silent. Al and Armon woulda worked things out, eventually. But then, Claudia was named as the culprit by Tasha K, and she tried to get ahead of the rumors by going on live to defend herself but ended up confirming that she really didn't like Al and hinted that the work environment really was toxic.

She probably feels like she can’t host a show alone. I feel that Claudia is one of those passive aggressively mean girls. You know the type that begs you to come over and be mean to you the whole time and will cry if you go home or return the energy. She’s problematic even when she’s just trying to call out things that others won’t. I felt like she was using the gay guys from the time I heard about the show. She doesn’t seem to be one of the girls that hang with the boys, but I could be wrong. The girl is a problem, but seemed to be perfect for a show on a “FOXSoul”

Nothing against Armon but the truth of the matter is that the chemistry isn't there like it was when Funky was there. I'm not saying that there weren't times when there was occasionally some friction between them when Funky was there but there was definitely good chemistry between the 3 of them when Funky was there. This is just a prime example of when head honchos refuse to pay ppl their worth and think that they can just hire someone else and everything will go on just as well as it did with the other person. I like their show but at this point if they decide to cancel it I wouldn't be upset.
Well it's official, TEA-G-I-F has been canceled. And I'm not upset about it at all because I had a feeling that it would end up being canceled. I also don't think that Claudia nor Armon are the ones at fault. And that's all I'm going to say about that.

Aaron, Al lives in LA but teaches at Bowie State (in Maryland) during the school year, but even with that, he commutes from LA the weeks he teaches.

Armon has been shading Al. Remember when they went out together? Armon talked about (on air) how cheap Al is and that Al sent him an uber and it wasnt Uber Black. He was telling how much Al drinks and gets drunk. Things I feel he should not have brought to work and aired out. Armon is materialistic. I like him on the show because he's brutally honest like Funky was on the show, but Armon was definitely fed that info on Al by messy boots Claudia.

Glad the show is not canceled, love Claudia. The only bullying I saw was Funky and Al bullying Claudia. After Funky left, he influenced Al to try and sabotage the show and any potential new cohosts! The show will be much better when they replace Al (but not Gary wit da T), a host as intelligent, insightful and witty as Claudia and Armon!

The quality of the show declined when Funky Dineva left. Armon Wiggins is clearly an agent of chaos but Claudia and Al already most have bern aware of that beforehand like everyone else were.

Your definition of a roast is accurate. However, this was personal and more of a READ than a roast. It wasn't even funny! When you do a roast, it's normally people that LIKE you. There have been issues for a while and the chemistry was OFF since FUNKY left. I think when Lunell came on the show taking jabs at Al (a different show) created even more tention for Al then came the READ. Claudia strikes me as someone who throws the stones then hides her hand. All of them are to blame. I wish someone would pay me $250K to talk about some topics! Why mess up the bag...smh.

If people were really watching the show regularly you could see there was something going on behind the scenes. Al was cutting them off. Al son Armon calling him boy and young man to the point the comments on several episodes right after Armon joined people weren’t liking Al because of how he was treating Claudia and Armon. During Armons birthday roast just a few weeks ago Claudia said she and Armon had beef but the squashed it. So things have been going on. Tbh I think Armon discussed that stuff because he doesn’t know enough about Al outside of work to roast him so he said I’m going to roast him on all of his behavior behind the scenes. If Al is mad and what Armon said is true then Al don’t treat people like that. I don’t get why people are upset over someone airing out the truth of something who was being shady like Al is a victim
