Where? 1st one was a tank, the next he missed a few times, after that he killed with relative ease

lol that's a tank, and watch it on 0.25 speed to see how many beam hits were missed also his missile probably does less damage on splash hits compared to direct hits. watch how much damage he did with a direct hit on 3:16-3:20 on magik
