  • Have you ever heard the expression “He who works all day, has no time to make money!”? Sounds like nonsense, right? Meanwhile, these words belong to the first-ever dollar billionaire and business shark of the oil market in the U.S.! It is not about assembling some Macintosh or Apple in a garage. Sorry, Steve. It's all about oil.
Stand in awe! Today, we are going to tell you about John Davison Rockefeller! By the way, don't mistake him for his son, John Rockefeller, Jr. It seems that the parents lacked imagination, and now it’s up to us to deal with it!
Let's just forget about the Masons and world conspiracies. You've surely already considered that! Yes? Give it a rest, man, it's not serious. We' re going to discuss Only business, so to speak.
And when it came to business, this guy was really good. He caused such a stir in the U.S. oil market that the oil industry gods freaked out. As a result, he created a giant company modestly called Standard Oil. Yeah, they didn't care much about naming back then...

Hi, do you think Elon Musk can build a bigger empire?

They are not to be compared. Rockefeller was a pure business man, where Elon is more like an inventor. Rockefeller was not really educated where Elon had a very good head start in his field of business. I think you can compare Rockefeller more with Jeff Bezos, who could never built an imperium like Rockefeller because he has to obtain to more government rules.

@@keepwondering_ You can compare general power and influence and Rockefeller was in a totally different league to Musk.

The background music is annoying and makes it too hard to listen to the narrator - just leave it out completely.

With all this tech..savvy i cannot get signals, and if i move one inch my phone goes out.....Funny how smart we got while so tech. T.V. could get a signal, old phones could get a signal. Tesla too. It's all planned. For the doom show, i guess..

Not a great resource for younger kids; background music was too loud, choice of language wasn't appropriate, and gave too many personal opinions rather than actual facts.

Thank God for John D Rockefeller and Standard Oil . The United States would have been a much weaker nation without him.
