when you get a good amount like at the 6 minute mark, stand shoulder to shoulder and walk forward making a path, than walk backwards one on each side blowing the leaves into that path you just made..and keep doing that, it makes the pile move quicker, also a big blower healps as well. also me and my guy work shoulder to shoulder at all times, we never split up the way you did in the backyard,
Wow, when you first showed the first yard didn't look like many leaves, but holy cow there was a bunch. That leaf loader is a beast for sure. Keep up the great work and Happy Thanksgiving guys!
As always, nice work. I'm not looking forward to doing leaf removal next year after I relocate. You guys made it look relatively easy though. Nice backyard mechanic work again, I would never have thought to use the plastic from the tray.
You could have just cut the hose about a foot shorter to eliminate the hole portion. Wow that's a lot of electrical tape! No electricity getting out of that hose anytime soon!
Good morning Ranae and Brandon! WOW! That first one was one HE// of a clean up! It looks GREAT! Man, you guys do nice work! I hope you and your family have a truly wonderful Thanksgiving Day! God bless.
Is there a reason you don’t use baggers? I mean, you have extrafantatbulous shiny big equipment with your dump boxes and vacuum systems but I’m in the Missouri ozarks with thousands of oak trees and I do leaves completely by myself with a John Deere 930M 60” with the 14 bushel dump from seat catcher system and a 48” exmark navigator and 16’ trailer with 4ft sides to the back and I’m doing those big yards just like you did today and I’m quite sure it’s faster…one pop over it with door open to mulch, then close the door and bag and dump on trailer. By that time the leaves are down to tiny pieces and very condensed. I can do a 3 acre lawn, blown out, hauled off in around 6 hrs by myself. Just curious, is all. You do beautiful work and the lawns look nice but with all those walker baggers you have…don’t you think that would be quicker?
Every lawn is different and our attack is different each lawn. I didn’t bring mowers to this job because I didn’t have my trailer. The trailer we used was just a large dump trailer. What I like to do is blow the heavy to the truck first and then finish with a mower of my choice. I don’t like to run over a lawn a bunch of times sucking leaves up. By blowing to the truck first or in the woods, we avoid unnecessary traffic and stress on the turf. That’s just what we do. Thanks for the great comment!

Gosh bless Lou! Happy thanksgiving!
Good job
Look into a 18hp roll blower or a used stand on. I use a 18hp fradan as a wind tunnel for my backpack and man it speeds things up for a solo guy
I have been looking for one. Maybe next year we will have one
We use a Billy goat cart blower for the same thing, acts like a 3rd
Blower.
That’s awesome
