“For the first time in an entry-level car” They are insanely expensive! Same with new BMWs and basically everything. The CLE53 with some extras is the same price as a used 650S or 570S, and with the money you save on depreciation you can easily get a warranty for the Macca
Definitely a gorgeous car.. i love the looks.. i think AMG is starting to go back in the right direction. If they do put a V8 in it i think it will be an ultimate weopon.. I also think it would be one of their best sellers if they do..IMO!!!!

Nah my man, currently test driving the cle53 for a few days but I will 100% go for the m4 (was my other option). Quality and sound are world apart! The interior quality and the sound of that car is a joke compared to the m4
Wait until you take it to your first service and they will sneakily update your engine software without telling you and the exhaust note is muted. Happened to me with my AMG C43 Coupe 2019 which I had and sold it because of it. I’m getting GLC63S 2022 with 28000 kms on the clock with 3 years warranty remaining on it. Yes I live in Australia.
Loved the video! I think the CLE63 will have a v8 option. My thinking is because the CLE could have had a similar engine as the C53 saloon but Mercedes didn’t do that, they put a 3 litre engine.
With such a large vent on the hood, this car cannot be driven in rain nor can safely going through a car wash right? Water going through the vent will flood the engine bay & damage the electrical underneath. It is a mild hybrid. This problem only exaggerates significantly. Any comment?
Great car, its such a shame Mercedes UK restrict the options to our cars and often don't allow the UK access to great personalised options (which are available on RHD cars in Ireland). It unfortunately makes BMW and Audi a better choice.
They haven’t left space for the C63S, it’s unheard of for Mercedes to create three body types for regular production cars. You can’t make the C63 wider than this, so you end up with 3 body types for one model.
Great review, as always. I love the exterior design. But jeez that interior. Why can’t they just do a classy, understated and premium interior (see Porsche 911). That awful giant iPad pro, all the cosmic lights and gloss plastic. It will date itself so fast.

What a cool car. If they make the 63 variant a V8 It’d probably one of the coolest new cars on sale 🙌
Does anyone know if this car is equipped with the AMG Real Performance Sound option or is it without ?
I’m on my 3rd w205 C43 coupe. I bought one after watching your video way back then. I wanted a 4matic coupe Mercedes for years. Now after watching this I’m could be calling Mercedes this afternoon…… or do i wait to see if Mercedes put the V8 🤔
“For the first time in an entry-level car”
They are insanely expensive!
That’s a good looking car!
Gorgeous looking car!!!! It’s been years since I’ve seen such a gorgeous car!!!!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
NA spec AMG 6 bangers sound way better. Can't wait for them to hit the roads here.
Even if it doesn't get the V8 which I pray that it will. I'm happy to see the V6 is making it's way back into the AMG's. So sad to see the 4 cylinder in an AMG!!!!!!
Straight 6!
Lovely looking car, I just can't help but prefer the "smiley" grille on the C63 rather than the "frowny" grille on the new AMG's
If I only waited a few months I would have bought this in place of my 2024 M4 for my daily driver.
Nah my man, currently test driving the cle53 for a few days but I will 100% go for the m4 (was my other option).
Quality and sound are world apart! The interior quality and the sound of that car is a joke compared to the m4
@@rudigertaghinejad6607 was it that awful?
@@rudigertaghinejad6607i buy you the sound but not the interior quality my friend
Sounds better when driving 🔥
Soft limiters are shajjjt. Looks amazing, sounds like a videogame
V8 is back for 63 💪🏽
Very nice car. The new inline 6 with the mild hybrid is a good option instead of going bonkers with a V8.
What a video! Cannot wait for the upcoming 63!
Gotta love the edits😭
Wait until you take it to your first service and they will sneakily update your engine software without telling you and the exhaust note is muted.
Happened to me with my AMG C43 Coupe 2019 which I had and sold it because of it.
I’m getting GLC63S 2022 with 28000 kms on the clock with 3 years warranty remaining on it.
Yes I live in Australia.
Can we go back to your Porsche 992 Turbo S. That was a memorable video.
Great review, as always.👏 Must admit the first time in a LONG time I'm tempted to get back into the AMG fam.
Cle is like a baby amg gt👌
Loved the video! I think the CLE63 will have a v8 option. My thinking is because the CLE could have had a similar engine as the C53 saloon but Mercedes didn’t do that, they put a 3 litre engine.
We can only hope 🙏
I would happily have one of these over a new c63 but I'm happy with my 205 c63s for now 😜
In 5 or so years when they’ve depreciated I might actually consider it
Thank God I will buy one for myself
0-100kph is 62mph, so that time of 3.8secs is probably 3.6 secs in mph
😂The intro is the best, Four Cylinder Recycling
With such a large vent on the hood, this car cannot be driven in rain nor can safely going through a car wash right?
Water going through the vent will flood the engine bay & damage the electrical underneath. It is a mild hybrid. This problem only exaggerates significantly.
Any comment?
Just get a Bastuck exhaust or an Akrapovic. Valved ofc.
I think this is my next car after the Stinger!
Fantastic review. Appreciate the insight.
Dang finally a very good looking CLE53 AMG! 👍
Ever since Mercedes has allowed AMG to design cars they haven’t made a bad looking one, seems like a great deicison
