Hello, it depends on how many contacts, page visits, segments, campaign steps you have. My understanding is, that better start with 4GB, 2 Core, 80GB HDD server.

Hi, you don’t need to use * or any other char in this case. Just use the word. If it exists in that specific url, then the decision will be a yes.

Thank you for your videos was a good inspiration. I have a completely different question for you. Can you also send external emails with Mautic as SMTP. A workflow as an example: I send an offer from my ERP via Mautic SMTP Server. This sent email is now assigned to the contact. When the customer opens the email or clicks on a link, an SMS or email is sent to the writer of the email. Is this function somehow possible? Greetings Bernd

You can send transactional email to your clients using the API, but it has to be an email created in Mautic, and the email content is personalised by tokens.

When the customer clicks a link, an url redirect event is generated. If the customer opens the email, then an open event is generated. In both cases a segment can capture this (segment of contact who opened a specific email or clicked a specific link from an email) and a follow up SMS can be sent.
So back to your question: yes, yes and yes.
@@keeponautomating Danke für die Antwort. DIe API meiner ERP ist mir noch ein Rätsel (bin eben kein Programmierer ;-). Ich schaue aber mal bei n8n und zapier ob diese ein SMTP als Trigger anbieten. Die Ausgabe an eine Segment Email scheint mindestens bei n8n gegeben zu sein. Das Angebot an den Kunden (als PDF) muss ja auch noch als Attachment übergeben werden.... Wenn es Neuigkeiten gibt halte ich Dich auf dem Laufenden.
Just to be sure. You remove the Interest A tag after the contact receives all Interest A mails and then you jump back to check if the contact has the Interest A tag. Couldn't you also jump to check if the contact has the Interest B tag instead? Because it could be nice to keep the Interest A tag for future purposes?
Yeah you could. I just figured it's cleaner of all jumps go to the same place.

I have a campaign and send out the 1st email, I want a second email to go out as a reply to my 1st email, within the same thread, not a separate email.

Why not just continue after Interest A with Interest B and then Interest C?
What do you mean by continue?
@@keeponautomating I mean simple connection. After the initial 3 emails another 3. It would be the easiest solution, just 9 emails in one chain.
