Hello, did you install the latest version? 1.0.1 ?

@@keeponautomating yes i did on mautic 5.1.1. The test emails work in the config now but when i try to send it out using contacts as explained in your other video it doesnt send out. It says sent but amazon ses doesnt actually send it out. any ideas?

Thank you for your comment. On my website I explain how to install the symfony/amazon-mailer, at the same time if you watch my video, you'l realize, that it is not even needed, because all you need is a plugin.

@@keeponautomating i went on your site and it does NOT show how to install. simply saying you need the component doesnt help. Where do you get it? where do you install ot? also you do need the component because if you write mautic+ses+api in the scheme it says its not supported. I think you need to do some homework before making these videos or posting on blogs.

@@keeponautomating please go to where you linked the plugin. There is abolustely no reference to how to install it....composer require etailors/mautic-amazon-ses doesnt work. So you passing the user to another site because you arent explaining it and then are linking to something that has no instructions. Not a great user experience. you seem quite knowledgeable but are making the user guess far too much. Hopefully this criticm makes your content better.

@@mbarria7 thanks for that. Are you able to send out emails? i can send out in the config--> emails section successfully but when trying to send individual people emails it says sent but nothing gets sent or received. Any ideas?

Hi, the video explains exactly your question. 1. Measure how long it takes to complete 1 thread in 1 cycle (for example 1 minute) 2. Set the number of threads according to the ouput allowed to you (max send rate allowed / min by the smtp) But a 2 Gig RAM VPS is on the lower end, so don't expect wonders.

@@keeponautomating Thanks for the answer. Actually I just installed a new Mautic 5.0.2 and setup Postal. I manually made the folder and run the composer command but still I dont see anything on the Plugins folder. Would this package work with Mautic 5 ? Thanks

@@keeponautomating In Mautic 5 I use my own SMTP, the problem is that all the connections are correct it shows me success when checked. But main problem is that the emails do not send out. Even the test emails. Not even a single email is sending out. I mean that in Mautic it shows me sent but when I check my inbox I don't receive it anywhere. They are getting bounced. And the bounced emails are not even received on the monitored inbox. Also my from jobs are correct as required for M5. But my SMTP is working as on Mautic 4.

Hello! I'm all over the place :D Well, the underlying template you are using is what is used when you are sending, and it's not reflected in the preview. If you properly define each properly of your images, this issue should not happen. The other option is, you are using columns, and after a 100% width of columns you didn't start a new section.

Hi, This doesn't depend on Mautic, Facebook / Instagram will restrict your capabilities to send DM automatically. Tokens expire super fast, you need new permission all the time.

Depends on the volume and your own reputation. If you have a smaller list and send infrequently, you should use Amazon's IP pool. If not, you can have a dedicated IP.

@@keeponautomating a small list is what couple thousands (we are intending to send an email to 15K per month).

I think no need for your own IP- you can't even properly warm it up with such a small amount of email @@rabiibrahimi

Is your question if you only pay a setup fee and email traffic, maintenance, upgrades, backups, bandwith are for free? Or if these is an extra cost above that? Regarding migration - you or a freelancer can do it, but plz be aware that Mautic doesnt cover all Hubspot’s features
