    Leviathan runs so well during the summers now. It hauls every summer, and seems to get faster each time now :) 8 years and it's running just as smooth as ever which is so surprising. I have no doubt that this might be one of the smoothest giga coasters ever built

      There’s not a lot of competition for the smoothest giga tho

    Was there last week on a hot day and this thing was absolutely flying. What a machine, best one in the park and back row makes such a difference

    The back roll is always the best seats on a roller coaster. You can feel the full speed of the ride.

    • @jojo_hendriks
      @jojo_hendriks 5 лет назад +1

      Kimberly Sco-lit not on every ride. On RMCs and some other airtime machines yes, but on Gigas like Leviathan, on Gerstlauer Infinities and on rides based on intensity and speed in general the front is better

      @@jojo_hendriks that shows you how old I am. Lol I've never been on a giga coaster so I'll take your word for it.

      @@jojo_hendriks Levi’s back is nicer on those night rides when the trims are off, since you wouldn’t see a ton of thing in the front xd

    My favorite part is that the little net things (?) on the side of the track look like frills on an actual sea monster

    I'm going to Canada's Wonderland in just over a week with some family for a day trip.... This looks fun but I don't think I'll have the guts to ride this. Lol. I don't like the huge drops on roller coasters. Gonna try overcoming that somewhat when I'm there but don't think I'll make it on this ride. Any rides you recommend for someone trying to overcome his fear of roller coasters at this park?

      Usually on these types of coasters is a good 8 or 10 depending if you're on the front or on the back

    • @TonyKimtheamusementparkfan
      @TonyKimtheamusementparkfan 4 года назад

      On B&M giga coasters, the drop feels like you are freefalling forever. It's mainly because of the lift chain ending soon near the very top of the lift, and so the momentum starts a lot earlier, which creates that longer drop. For me, I feel the drop a lot more in the back, since you go flying ~

    Makes me pretty excited for the back row of Orion even though it's not as tall, fast, or long as Leviathan.

    • @danielintoccia9537

      Don't worry bud forget all the haters. Orion is gonna "SLAP" in the words of El Toro Ryan. Canada's Wonderland is my home park and Leviathan is my Giga but i've been to Cedar Point and this summer i'm heading to Kings Island for that and obviously that legendary woody.

    I love B&M coasters, especially the hyper and giga models (yet to ride Fury 325 at Carowinds and Orion and Kings Island tho). But if I compare this to Orion, cause Fury is a B&M giga in a league of its own, I think I would still prefer this to Orion because I think Leviathan definitely focuses on speed a lot more than Orion does. Don't get me wrong, Orion still looks fantastic, but for me, Leviathan is just a speed machine althroughout, with some good airtime. Orion does have some good speed moments, but it does seem like it has a bit too many elevation changes.
