I like this version of Shredder. I don't know if this will be of interest to you but I took the Ultimate Edition Triple H's chain metal vest and put it on this Shredder. I wasn't using it for Triple H. My Ultimate Edition Triple H is wearing a different vest, so the one that he came with seemed perfect for this figure and it looks good on him.
I was wondering what the difference was between the two figures, and it doesn’t seem like there really is much of one. So this one is basically a repaint/reissue of the previous Shredder figure. It looks okay, but if I were collecting this line, I would probably pass on this one.
Had to check out your review on this figure while he is on sale on Entertainment Earth... i might get him to ho with Undercover Raphael. That way, I have one representative of both sides, haha! Do I really need him? No, but I like him more than the blue armor Shredder.
Cool review. If the torso was painted grey, this repaint would be a home run.
