I love South Beach. I've vacation her 4 times in the last 2 years. I love it south of 1st Street. But, now that I live in Fort Lauderdale. It's too far for just an afternoon beach day. I would have to make it a 2 day getaway. To make it a nice trip. I ride the bus. It's over 2 hours each way on a good day.
I love South Beach too 🙂
That makes no sense. Ft laud is right beside South Beach. Easy to go there 4 to 5 times a week

How much are the beach seats? Where is the best (cheapest) 24 hr - parking space near this area?
Most of the Hotels have their own Beach chairs on the Beach in front of the Hotel. If you are a guest you can use those chairs.
If you are not a guest. You will not be able to use those chairs.
In Miami Beach there are public chairs between 15th street Beach and 4th Street. It are run by a Private Beach Company.
The going rate is up to $40 for a chair until they close up their section of chairs. Umbrellas can cost up to $25 per day. Cabana Beds up to $200 and the coverings are at additional cost.
Nothing is cheap in Miami Beach.
The parking can brought by the hour . Up to $8 per hour . Parking Garages can charge up from $40 per Day. And you will never find any free parking. Anywhere in South Beach.
Actually South Beach starts below 23rd Street in Miami Beach. Anywhere up to 55th Street is considered Middle Miami Beach. Everything North to 88th Street is North Miami Beach. And Bal Harbour is everything North of 88th Street.
This whole video was taped below 5th Street Beach on the Beach. It's where all the Local People go to. Anywhere above is a Tourist Beach.
The rest of the video . Is showing Ocean Drive. It is normally very crowded if the guy who shot the video was tapping this on a Weekend day.
My suggestion is if you going to drive to Miami Beach. Park in a Parking Lot on Collins Ave and be ready to pay up to $80 for 2 Beach chairs and an umbrella.
I live now in North Miami Beach. I ride to the Beach in one hour. And I bring my own umbrella. And I just stay South of 5th Street with the Miami and Miami Beach Locals .
