This is a tip I got about doing car and motorcycle minis, so I don't know how applicable it would be (or even if you had clear orange on hand XD), but I've been told that to get really good colored metallics, it's best to do a clear paint over something like chrome silver. So in this case, a clear yellow or orange. It came out looking great in the copper though!

When or if you sell this prop in the future you could consider putting all three versions of the prop in a box to show the problems you had with this build. Just a suggestion. As always when are you doing the guyver units in there storage case idea? Loving the build as all ways. Stay safe all.
Y'know with it having the centre of gravity at the poles it's actually sort of more accurate to the films because when the Green Goblin throws one onto the balcony during the world peace parade it lands with the lights facing directly upward before turning the Oscorp board into skeletons
