Hi Oscar - fantastic video, with so much going on! That Class 31 at the start was so smooth! Great to see the 08 doing some shunting, and the mail car was working great too! Thanks for sharing mate, Sam :)
Hi Oscar, yet again a fantastic video, reminding all of us just how brilliant & inventive Tri-ang & Mr Richard Lines were in creating these masterpieces of history for the Model Railway world. Keep uploading sir & thank you for sharing your wonderful models. Best Wishes Steve.
Hi Steve, They certainly made some great toys and they must have really looked the part at the time. Many have great memories of owning these items. Definitely a building block that lead to the amazing super detail models that are available today. Thank you again for taking the time to watch and you very kind comments. Oscar
Thank you Peter. In corporate BR livery it fits in very well in this rake. Its a great little thing, it keeps me occupied hours! it has that (I MUST HAVE ANOTHER GO) effect. A very simple mechanism inside and apart from the change of livery and slightly improved wheels / axels arrangement. I think its much the same as when it first appeared in 1955 in the R.23 Operating Royal Mail Coach Set. Defiantly has play value! Oscar
john barthram is right , I think is this is the first R.402 I've seen on here, that works properly, well done and big thumbs up for that, P.S. "Tri-ang Forever"
Like the EM2 and the mail coach , your layout is fascinating as it looks like it is out of a Hornby Magazine from years ago . Nice to see a layout without any ballasting or scenery . ........Peter .

Superb, the model railway I dreamed of as a kid. I still have my travelling post office coach.

I love electric locos and this is my favorite of the UK! Excellent locomotive.
Post Office sorting van/coach looks smart.
