It’s definitely the wood but the whole place just feels calming. Plus a cube sleeping area that doesn’t trigger my claustrophobia! I would move in there and never leave.
This hotel was a very calm hotel. I was able to spend comfortably in a spacious space that was larger than other capsule rooms ☺️ I think that even people with claustrophobia are okay here!
I have stayed here before. Nice capsule hotel. They also have bathtub on certain floor. Kuramae is on the direct subway line to Haneda airport. Very convenient for tourists.
Stayed there four years ago (happy to see that it is still open!) and it was a very comfortable stay. The only downsides were that it doesn't have a public bath and the shutter doors on the storage unit were very, very loud -- there was no way to open or close it without bothering the entire floor with the noise. Hope to stay there again in the future.
It was comfortable because of the spacious capsules. Certainly I was also interested in the sound of the shutter ... Please stay again when you come to Japan!
Stayed here for a night a few weeks ago. Liked it a lot. I was on a solo trip for a day at the Ryogoku Kokogikan and I needed a place for the night. It was close by and I had a good nights sleep. Also clean bathoom and excelent showers.
Thanks for your comment! It was a calm and very comfortable hotel 👍 Certainly a simple bed is like a hospital lol There is a reception call instead of a nurse call 😂

Does the compartment under the bed fit a big suitcase?
@judith09alez yes it's quite spacious. Didn't measure the height but a suitcase should be possible

It's one of the best capsule hotels in terms of location and size.

Had a very relaxing homey feel to it. Some of those capsule hotels remind me of a hospital. Lol

Thanks for your comment!!!
Yes, I think so too:)
Do you wear the pajamas and slippers in the lounge area?
Thanks for your comment!
You can wear pajamas or not:)
How much did it cost for one night? Also, did you get to keep the pajamas, or did you have to put them in the bin with the towels? Loved the video! 😊
Thanks for your comments!
It is 2,700 yen per night.
Used pajamas are placed inside the capsule and towels are thrown into the box in the shower room.
Can you keep the pajamas?
At this hotel, pajamas are to be returned to the hotel:)
Very stylish.
Thanks!
Thanks for the review! I was looking for a place to stay in Tokyo and made a booking as a result of the video.
How sad to see this for someone who grew up in a green area next to a poultry yard on a farm
