My grandparents had a lavender pinkish color toilet, sink and tube in their upstairs bathroom, and a turquoise blue toilet and sink in the downstairs bathroom, turquoise blue stove and refrigerator with chrome handles and knobs. They purchased the house in 1967, and grandma told me those pastel colors were very popular when we brought and remodeled the house. Nowadays it seems the color options of bath fixtures and appliances are very few compared to what was available in the 1950s, 60s and 70s.

Yeah usually you only have the choice of white or "beige"... Unless you go with Kohler, they have some really interesting options (peach, green, black, etc) but they are pricey.

My mother has mobility issues and I will be buying an ADA height toilet because otherwise we would have to get one of those riser chairs that they use in many nursing home. I hate those things! Rust, get soiled and are always in the way.
