You’re a talented artist AND a talented teacher. Some people only have one of those qualities. You have both. 😊❤

Beautiful and inspiring , On my screen, it appears to show a moody and rich tonal contrast ; closer value between sky and foreground

I adore your work. I only just found you on YT. You produce these masterpieces in front of our eyes yet making them seem achievable too. There is an 'Old Master' quality in your landscapes I think.
I love your commentary and humour. God Bless . Best wishes from England.

Mr. Davies, I have watched every one of your videos, some several times. I wait (not so patiently sometimes) for your next adventure in painting. I keep waiting (hopefully) for that next piece of adventure that "satisfies" the constant "itch" in my brain for that ONE piece that will show, tell me, help me to "ARRIVE" in my own work to that place of real satisfaction that I have yet to achieve. I tell myself that ONE DAY you will paint that ONE PIECE that gets me over the hurdle/roadblock that paralyzes my painting hand. I pray for you and your health issues!

The ability and technique to create your sky is so awesome. You teach us effortlessly and always explain reason. You're the best teacher in my book, you rock Stuart, and we thank you for being you! Much Aloha brother! ❤🤙🙏

I thought the clouds were moving when the video started.
Best commentary on RUclips in my opinion. Trees not always being tree shaped is the best instruction I’ve heard yet. So true.
I made a couple “Dogs Dinners” so far but I got some Okoumé boards and some Lefranc and Bourgeois oils from Cultura and I’m going to try again. Thank you!

You almost had the kernel of a seascape, with that yellow streak and the "cliff," until the sap green red pane hit the landscape. Then it was that's an English countryside, missing a church steeple or two.
Thanks, Stuart. Entertaining and educational as per usual.

Wonderful and totally inspiring as always. I took your approach to painting a backdrop for a model railway layout rather than purchase one. Thank you for inspiring me to do that.

Lovely. I saw the touch of pink in the cloud at the end of the video. It does happen!
    Thank you.

That came together really well! I watched this one before bed and it was a nice relaxing ending to an otherwise super hectic day. Thanks! Much appreciated.💖💯% Hey...I just realized that you haven't done any "foreground whipping" w/ a taper in quite a while now??? Has that interesting technique gone bye-bye? 🤔
    Stay Safe, Healthy, and Happy!

This makes me laugh, you watch someone paint a scene and it can be hard work. These are, x, amount of paintings rolled into in one, at 15:30 it's a seascape, (too me) also different clouds coming and going throughout, what a bargain.
