Don't forget to film Fort Casey, another excellent location. So many things to see in this great Pacific Northwest.

Very good. I’m from Bremerton. But that was many many years ago. My dad would bring us over in our boat. There was no ferry then. We came for the orchards. Thank you

When you turned off for gas in Coupeville, you could have continued down that road and been to the ferry in no time. Going back to the highway takes you further south and you have to circle around north. But, hey, it's a pretty drive and well worth it. I live in Oak Harbor, and most of the time I take that ferry I have the same experience - show up, no line, no wait, drive right on, and off they sail, as if they were waiting for me. And I have NEVER made a reservation.

You have no idea how lucky you were to just drive on to the Port Townsend ferry without a reservation. A notoriously full ferry this time of year. Really liking the video of Hwy 20. I am 6th generation Anacortesan. We love our area and I'm glad to see you enjoying it too.

Have you been to Cape Disappointment near Ilwaco, Washington? They have a Lewis and Clark interpretive center there but it may be closed due to the virus. Old World War II bunkers and gun placements there too. Lewis and Clark camped there and then took a vote and decided to cross the Columbia and winter over in Oregon. Everyone in their group voted, which included a black man and a Native American woman. That was unprecedented.
