I just wanted to tell you that I love 1995. I'm not a fan of lipsticks in general but I used to own a similar shade by a local brand here in India from about 2003 to 2010 because it was my perfect MLBB lipstick until they discontinued it and my life was pretty much over. I started hunting for a similar shade soon after and many many (almost but not the one) lipsticks and a lot of cash out of my wallet later now in 2016 on a whim, I purchased this shade online not even having any hopes from it, but it turned out to be exactly THE ONE! I have already ordered one more via amazon (it's the last one left in stock). It's the perfect nude for my warm/olive NC 42 skin tone and I don't ever wanna live without it. Thank you so much for creating this lip color. There is nothing else like it in the market, I know because I have spent a lot of cash in the last six years looking for it. You've made a huge difference to my life!
My favorite way to get a Kylie Jenner lip : Use either MAC Spice or Whirl lip pencil and fill them in with MAC Velvet Teddy or Touch. P.S You can also over line your lips to make them appear bigger. PPS. I you want a drugstore alternative use : Jordana lip pencil in Tawny and ELF Matte Lip Color in Nude

Buuhhh, I really need to learn how to use gel liner. I've watched the tutorials but I can't get the hang of it with the brush. Looks SO much better than the liquid liner I use. Loved the video!!
If you haven't already, try using a regular eyeliner brush vs an angled one. For some reason I cannot do a winged liner with an angled brush, but as soon as I tried with a regular eyeliner brush I got it on the first try :-)

Try using Benifit cosmetics push up gel liner to begin, so you know how the product applies and then buy a brush and product once you're familiar with the motions and such. I suggested it to my little sister and she's awesome at gel liners now.

steffalup no it's kind of pointed- look on sigmas website, there are 2 on there, one is called eyeline brush and the other is small eyeliner (i think). the regular eyeliner brush workd great for me.
I use lip brushes, they're more sturdy than angled brushes.
Please do a swatch review on morphe shadows all the blogs I've read say their not good that they don't blend and say you get what you pay for

Am I the only one who thinks the lip colour is a bit brighter compared to kylie's signature lip colour? But could be jaclyn's natural lip colour, would have been nice if she neutralised it, or probably the lighting. Gorgeous look though :)

Omg @jaclynhill so I bought 5 lipsticks from Gerard cosmetics and 4 out of 5 were good but the 1995 was dusty and it had hair/lint on it 😱 gross I was under the impression that it was high end and very good quality but I don't want to use it because I'm worried as to why it's dusty if it's new?! Not cool dude I was dying for this lipstick and now I feel cheated 😞

You can tell her lips were stained also. I'm guessing she had make up on prior to this tutorial and removed it to film this. Watch some precious videos. You can see no make up what so ever.

I ordered the 1995 lipstick and it was a disappointment :( I got it in a yellow package that was all wrinkly and when I opened it, the lipstick tube was CRACKED. The color was absolutely beautiful and unique, but it was most definitely not long lasting and rubbed off easily. I have so many drugstore lipsticks that are way better quality and way more affordable. I love you Jaclyn but this lipstick was not worth $20 plus the ridiculous condition that it was shipped in...
I do agree about the way it's shipped, and the shipping cost.. however, the color is so soo beautiful. And at least for me, it stays on forever. Literally doesn't leave my mouth unless I try hard to wipe it off. It's become my favorite lipstick at the moment.
I'm all about the shimmer, but this is now one of my favorite looks (I watched it twice in a row). And you are absolutely beautiful!
Ehh but kylie lip color isnt red its more of a nude.
She said in the description box that her camera makes it look more reddish but it's more nude in person.
Hey! I don't know if you know already but there is someone out there that made a duplicate youtube account and is profiting off of your videos now. Super disappointing but I hope you can take them down. I don't know how to stop something like that but the videos keep popping up on my feed and I accidentally subscribed thinking I hadn't subscribed to you yet but I did! That's when I realized it.
