It's pathetic and lazy how a 2023 game still doesn't have anywhere the amount of features a late 2000's game had.
@@thesupernaturals1070 I 💯 percent agree I remember onWWE Raw 2 on original Xbox you can have custom music for each Superstar and you can change there looks even do the same thing for wrestlemania 2000 and no mercy I mean what's the point of downloading Superstars and community creations if you can't have the actual music I mean don't get me wrong the game is more good than bad you know the game wouldn't crash so much if they got rid of most of that stuff they don't need my faction they could have added design story mode back to replace my faction I guarantee if you know anybody or you watch any video on RUclips about this game or any other wrestling game with 2K does I bet you they do not talk about my faction only one time my game still hasn't downloaded yet so I'm just waiting I let everybody know how it goes

I wish they did something like this for other games on ps5 / ps4 / Xbox then you can injoy it. Or maybe some people can put this on Community creations on wwe 2k23 and that would be better

Yeah. I remember easy to import any music to my wwe 13 game only using mp3 format.
So you could in theory replace one of the generic ones with Cody’s theme, and be able to set his alt entrance with his music? (It currently blocks his theme in create and entrance)
Yeah it's weird like I made a suit attire for Cody but when he's entrence he's music doesn't play

Yeah i remember you could download music from CDs and USBs i had some pantera and Korn for a Created Jeff Hardy
PS3 and Xbox 360 was the last freedom console. Those where the last time you was able to import music without mods and jailbroke.
I remember importing music saved on my XBox into games like GTA 3. How tf have games stepped backwards lol
For real! on the original xbox you could just upload a cd and use any music from it / your whole library in gta, wrestling games, streets of la, etc
if we can't add new sounds to the library (only replace) they need to figure out a way to Replace song names in the game so we don't have to choose "sexy diva" etc and listen for the wolfpack intro howl to make sure it's right
I use mac with m1… not PC :( - i wish i could just take out the new wrestlers I didn’t want, replace my roster with community creations, use my own png images for entrance videos (like n64 entrances) and use my own ripped-in music like we could back on ps3 - I remember making Tensai and adding his music as well as Cesaro and Rusev and was so pumped - now that we can create WCW rosters with community creations i just want to do that and don’t know how
I want to import the animal Batista 02 titantron and minitron along with other ruthless aggression superstars minitron instead of the stupid current minitron . Could you please make a video on how to go on about doing that?
then how to restore the default theme song by 2K that I replaced?
Wish this was possible on console to this is also the reason I'm debating on just re buying the game on my laptop😅

You should be safe. When DLC is added they usually just add more sound files rather than replacing the one's that are there.

Is there a way to raise the volume for custom music? i have the peak all the way up and the volume is still always way lower than the vanilla music
have you messed with in game audio as well?
@@omegagk1488 yup it’s only the songs I modded that are effected though
@@OvernightCrew So when you go to convert the file type there's some audio settings there and one should be volume
@@omegagk1488 The closest there is is "target peak value" which i always max out
So here is something kind of funny, when i open my 2k23 file it shows all of the replaced sounds i did for 2k22, i thought it was messed up but when i right click to play the song it's the original game theme so i wonder if it's some weird caching thing
SE creates a Custom Data file with the names you replaced, so it's still using that file

I'm having an issue where I had to uninstall Wwise2017 cause apparently it wasnt up to date and even though I tried to update it , it didnt work. SO , heres the main problem, I tried to redownload Wwise 2017 from their website but it wouldnt let me log on. Even though i had all the right log in info, it doesn't work. So yeah i'm stuck here trying to find some WEM Files of songs I want and it's kinda hard when it's not some used wwe/aew/etc songs. I kinda want to upload some songs of my own for my CAWS.
I ran into a weird issue where the imported song will play when I test it in the sound editor, but in game it’s still the same generic song and not the one I imported
Double check that you are not importing into your 2K22 files. I mentioned this in the video, and how to fix the default folder. 👍

All I can think of is that you did it with the game open. Or you're looking at the wrong song in-game.
@@WrestlePlanetGamingnope, I’ve consistently imported my song over the “underground 1” theme, I even tried to import it over the “Irish patriot” theme as well and both worked in sound editor, just not 2k

when I try to import the Pak it doesn't appear! i added the data and installed the Vwise! what am I missing?

I got an issue where as I lost one track, I was fumbling around something with The Judgement Day And sudden their whole theme disappeared Like I can no longer see it in the game nor can I find the motion as well. It might not have something to do with this. But if somebody has encounter this issue and managed to fix it. Let me know would be a huge help. Steam user.

I haven't came across this issue before. I do know that the menu file is seperate from the actual movie file, so I don't think your issue is with sound editor.
I bet several dollars there is no “import music” link at the top of the superstar theme list as promoted in the thumbnail

The change only affects the PC you are using.
Question say if i downloaded a superstar from community creations can i used these music for those or does it have to be the ones already in the game?
just go in and edit their music to what you have imported

not working
1st error - conversion failed ( solved it - there was option about template , changed it to legacy and then it converted files to wem)
2nd error - after importing the songs , when i played the game and tried to change the music , there was no sound in all the files i replaced , but the ones i left untouched are working .
when i opened the sound editor to verify , the songs i imported are working there (but just not in game)
Switching to legacy isn’t working for me lol this process fucking suuuuuuuucks

how do you import music for custom stables or superstars? this just seems to show how to replace music, if i do a DX stable how do i give them the DX theme without changing their individual themes?
replace the generic songs in game and use those

For now you can’t add, only replace. However word has it that you will soon be able to. 👍

i already have this installed for 2k22 in my C drive. Can i install another one in another drive for 2k23 ? i just dont want to mess up my 2k22 mods
Yes you should be okay to make another copy of the program. Just double check that your default ‘open’ folder is set correctly for each, which I show how to do in this video.

Sound editor saves a backup of your file. You can find it the folder that you installed SE in.

Not sure if you'd be able to help with this, but every time I try to convert an MP3 to WEM it says error. Never had this issue in 2k22 though?

@WrestlePlanet Gaming I have the issue too, because I used this for 2k22 and trying to switch over shows all the music from 2k22 instead.
You need the new data.xml file and need to follow the steps to change your default ‘open’ folder that are layed out in the vieo.
He helped me the other day when i had that issue. The information is basically "embedded" in from when you did it to 2k22, but if you right click and play the song you'll hear it's the vanilla music. If you replace it like normal it'll work.
