I have a dispute with my brother over this. He is adamant this is genuine. We agree 153 players where able to make this bet at 6.30am UK time. Where we disagree is i say it was predetermined, in that they knew it would be 10x - 10x - 4 rolls in advance as they are not showing you the wheel in real time.
