I am 74 yrs old, diabetic with hypertension since last 34yrs , take insulin once a time since June 2021 because affected from covid, from last June doctor prescribed twice a day insulin, type 2 diabetes, gaining weight,my latest HbA1c 4.8 , should I continue insulin
