thank you.. got a new tv and cant pull the wire through my wall so going to use the cord from the previous plasma as an ext cord since its already in the wall(but the connector only fits the old tv) bought one of these to swap! perfect directions cheers!
Like #58. I thought I was listening to Tom Bodett with motel 6 for a minute. Good instructions. That particular plug end has a tendency to not secure the wire ends properly. It just didn't look safe and secure to me so I will be getting a bit heftier plug end. However your instructions are universally applicable. Thanks for the vid.
Thanks for this. And, I love Ale-8! i live in Florida so I can't get any here but i have a buddy who travels a lot and so he picks me up some boxes of cans when he goes thru KY. Would love to see how the glasses turned out! That's a great idea!
Did I miss what amps/volts that replacement plug is for? The cord looks like a 16 gauge. I do-know that a more powerful plug than needed is better than one not powerful enough. Any response? PS...excuse by ignorance to amps vs volts, however I didn't hear anything about power for either plug ends nor the gauge of cord you are working on...

Are there any extension cord ends that actually look good after they’re on your cord, like the factory ones?
