No stores near me in CT have any events for this game. So my cards just sit in my house. I think the lack of online official play is gonna hurt this game, I know they intended it as an in person only game, but that limits exposure.
Not the technically illegal kill turn 😢 had it regardless but the emiritus from arsenal ate the storm striders effect even though it could already be played from arsenal Unless I’m wrong about the ruling of the storm striders “may” effect :D
as @caw555 answered; you can respond to boots with emeritus, waning moon, let them resolve, then the boots will resolve and let you play your next wizard as instant

You must live in the middle of nowhere, because there's lot of stores that do FAB in CT.

pretty sure it works out anyway if the Scolding is in response to the Striders, so the boots haven't actually resolved at the time it's played.

I thought tiger stripe Shuko buffs a card so it’s damage can’t be prevented?
Doesn’t that mean even if it’s blocked it still goes through?
No. Preventing damage cards, like Oasis Respite, wouldn’t work however. It does not work on blocking damage like normal.
Block effects and prevention effects are different
