I'm so happy to see someone like me. 😊 I wouldn't say it has helped me to stop daydreaming *but* as I focus on saying positive affirmations that are about focusing on my path and connecting to my inner goddess, etc it's easier to avoid my phone and it's easier to avoid negative daydreams and it's also easier to focus. I have found that whenever silence is triggering my daydreams I play any music I feel like playing and when the silence is not bothering me I avoid playing music and if I do I try to make sure it's not something to make me feel excited and hyper. So far those are the things that help me along with sleep (it's a game changer for me in avoiding/preventing negative daydreams although these days I'm slacking) and coffee once a week (I don't drink coffee much but having it once a week boosts my mood up which helps me to not have negative daydreams). @@KP-bt3fd By the way when I'm meditating for answers from my guides I don't say positive affirmations, I just pray and ask my question and then wait with whatever meditation hand position I feel best to use in the moment (most times it's the one for your root chakra since I figure we should ground ourselves since we're too much up in our head) I may also play somd gentle music till the answer comes to mind (not all times the answer comes right away at least for me).

When I hear them I hear them in my mind (my guides) but I have heard a spirit called me by my name a few times as if someone is talking to me irl (I wasn't even meditating) so it's possible to hear spirits like humans too but I mostly hear them in my mind. You can take intuitive tests online (RUclips) so you can learn to tell the diffetence between your thoughts and your intuition or guides, etc. You can also listen to guided meditations to talk to your guides.
Pile 1 & 4. Funny how they sound so opposite to each other but relate so much to me! I am definitely very feminine and can come accross as high maintenance when out, unless you catch me with friends I tend to give off a very high maintenance vibe (or so im told) and have a strong Pluto. I'm so happy to see someone like me. 😊 I wouldn't say it has helped me to stop daydreaming *but* as I focus on saying positive affirmations that are about focusing on my path and connecting to my inner goddess, etc it's easier to avoid my phone and it's easier to avoid negative daydreams and it's also easier to focus. I have found that whenever silence is triggering my daydreams I play any music I feel like playing and when the silence is not bothering me I avoid playing music and if I do I try to make sure it's not something to make me feel excited and hyper. So far those are the things that help me along with sleep (it's a game changer for me in avoiding/preventing negative daydreams although these days I'm slacking) and coffee once a week (I don't drink coffee much but having it once a week boosts my mood up which helps me to not have negative daydreams).

@@KP-bt3fd By the way when I'm meditating for answers from my guides I don't say positive affirmations, I just pray and ask my question and then wait with whatever meditation hand position I feel best to use in the moment (most times it's the one for your root chakra since I figure we should ground ourselves since we're too much up in our head) I may also play somd gentle music till the answer comes to mind (not all times the answer comes right away at least for me).

When I hear them I hear them in my mind (my guides) but I have heard a spirit called me by my name a few times as if someone is talking to me irl (I wasn't even meditating) so it's possible to hear spirits like humans too but I mostly hear them in my mind. You can take intuitive tests online (RUclips) so you can learn to tell the diffetence between your thoughts and your intuition or guides, etc. You can also listen to guided meditations to talk to your guides.

I am definitely very feminine and can come accross as high maintenance when out, unless you catch me with friends I tend to give off a very high maintenance vibe (or so im told) and have a strong Pluto.
