they need about 400K to rebuild the store and house. That would be a low estimate.

Are you a contractor? How did you arrive at that estimate?

@@rosemarythyme6351 I recently purchased a home and have been researching prices, Construction prices are out the roof nowadays almost 50% higher that they were even 5-10 years ago., If they can find a location that is already built it can be a much lower price. I am not a contractor.
