Alls he's done is continued Floridas sad history of government corruption and mismanagement. His "Free Florida" moniker is an insult to its residents because Florida has quickly shifted from one of the cheaper states to live in to just the opposite under his tenure. This is what Desantis is doing this due to what WDW said about the Parental Rights bill, and he did not like it, and he then again is acting like a child. Remember this if Disney was to leave this area of Florida. Florida would never recover, and all of the supportive businesses would fail and close up, and so many unemployed would hit the lines and loss of jobs in Florida. You also have to look at the hit the air travel to the area would take a huge hit, this again would in fact hurt sales tax revenue. It would hurt the air travel industry as well in the area.

Their lawyers from top law schools spend their entire time looking over every single aspect of the law to make sure Disney abides by every piece of it so Disney can a) come out on top, and b) can't be sued. Florida will have a totally uneducated population of young people and absolutely poor choices for employment. But good luck with that.

@@denisemcdougal6445 The only way to avoid that is saying NO to desantis. Florida can do much better without desantis as governor and president.

I wish Daytona nascar would side with Disney and the professional sports arenas would side with Disney. Someone put that out there.

I was just thinking that, can you imagine if DeSantis had decided to retaliate against NASCAR? Of course, if they say something he doesn't like, he's made it so he can go after them too.

Public opinion is clearly on Disney's side even with the law suit. The freedom of speech argument is very compelling and further "bullying" by DeSantis will only make people side more with the mouse.

If this ended up with the overturning of citizens united that would be a massive victory for the country at Disney’s expense
