Loveland's Infamous Black Diamond run "The Face" down to i70 tunnel walkthrough

From the very top of Lift 4, take a right and head towards the bottom of Lift 8 where you'll find the absolute BEST Black Diamond run Loveland has! Super steep, epic views and you get to walk through a tunnel that goes under the highway!

I love your real time riff on the face section - I do the same when I hit something beyond my ability and I am just dealing with it. Also, that last section makes it look as if you got enough speed you could land straight into the oncoming traffic of I-70. It's fantastic that this is even a run at Loveland. Looking forward to shredding it when I get to doing blacks. Thanks for sharing!

This used to be the rope-tow A hill. I first skied it in 1954 when I was a kid. Edmund Frost
