Should i be able to do this to remove the enterprise enrollment on my chromebook?

Unless you are the enterprise owner/admin you won't be able to un-enroll the device. You may try contacting the Enterprise and ask them to deprovision your motherboard, or you may replace the motherboard entirely.

Is the WP screw right there when remove bottom lid or do you have to flop the MB over to access?

Hello! This model doesn't use a WP screw - to disable Write Protection, you need to unplug the battery.

Hello! It could be for multiple reasons. Your battery could have gone bad, preventing the device from charging, or the charger you are using could have issues. It's also possible the charging ports on your device may be damaged, preventing it from charging.
