The chemistry in this scene is really good…they’re both feeding off each other and there’s trust. Both did a phenomenal job! Both of their voices are also really soothing omg

This scene is the perfect balance between geniusly haunting and psychologically diabolical because in face value you see her use this enchanting tactics to give into Dre/Kayla’s subconscious but also there is an underlying level of encouragement/affirming Billie’s character gives gives as Dre details her dissociating from her attack on a friend as she describes it as “spilled milk”. The affirmation she fuces when Billie’s character says “…good.” After asking if Dre hurt someone? Is absolutely chilling. It’s literally showing us as the audience how dark psychology methods and witchcraft can be leveraged to penetrate someone’s deepest psyches - even if they don’t see their action/behavior as irrational and violent as it really is… hence Dre’s path of eventuality being a serial murderer. This show was amazingly written but demonic in theme - wild.
At first I didn't even recognize Billie and when I did I flipped my shit. She did an awesome job with her character. I hope we get to see her in more movie roles in the future.

She's good. It was almost intense to watch. These cults start from love and acceptance and that's what people need in their lives. If only society was more this way, people wouldn't have to go looking.
They usually end in mass death, Brandon!!! Unfortunately they have shallow intentions based in obsession with power but I do have hope for genuine sources of community. In this scene, she was gaining personal information to control and manipulate her to stay in the cult which is not okay.

A few years ago Billie said she would never act. Her mom essentially told her "not so fast" at the time. Fast forward and here we are. He mom Maggie is also an acting coach. Momma knows best.

Billie was too young and she said she didn’t love acting but she liked to sing and dance! and even if they offered her many times to act in her career (bc you know pop stars = marketing for the movie) she didn't want to and she said she would when the time was right for her and then she changed her mind 2 years ago and she said maybe she would try in the future and here we are
@@ale68076 Incorrect in this instance. it was during a live interview and her mom essentially said not to rule anything out (as a voice coming from off-screen). The interview was a number of years ago but was recorded and here on RUclips. She didn't make a big deal of it but here we are now.

I'm not a billie fan, like her music but never downloaded any of it. Now that yall know I'm not a billie stan lol, she did good. If yall think she did bad, yall must've never seen bad acting. Bad acting is when there's no personality, like they're just reading the exact lines and that's it. Robot like almost. I haven't seen the movie but get a weird vibe from it and she looked a little creepy which I think she was supposed to be. She spoke softly and while making alot of eye contact and talked like it was just her and the other girl naturally having a convo.
