Yikes, dude. Those specs for $1000!? That’s a straight up scam. I’d rather help someone pick out a combo deal on Aliexpress or try to find something used. I knew times were tough for pc parts, but not that bad.

@@YourPersonalGeek For sure. If upgraded CPUs or GPUs weren't so expensive, I'd say upgrade it... but no. Surprised on the no WiFi now that I think about it.

In the future you can also try running Startup Repair through a created Windows installation usb. This fixed a similar problem I had with one pc without having to go through the whole reset process.

Nooooo my brother wants me to build him a budget pc too and I'm like budget cards don't exist atm and he doesn't understand 😆

@@YourPersonalGeek yeah right now it's not the time to build a PC or upgrade. My friend was all excited to upgrade his CPU RAM and Case and motherboard to switch to AMD. He saw everything out of stock. This same friend just on Friday had a the same problem your brother had with a windows update but he has to reinstall windows with everything wiped.

I have an all-in-one pc. it belonged to my parents. looks like the one I have is identical to the one you were working on there. I'm going to be upgrading the CPU, memory and change the hard drive to an SSD. the only upgradeable things on it. and then I have a side pc for when i'm gaming on my main one. it'll even work better once I install Linux on it

Is it fine to get a already built PC (not all in one) from a good reviewed website?
