if your having problems using cold email it's because more often than no your emails will end up in the junk folder. To combat this you require a small piece of code putting into your email called dkim, dmarc and spf records, then let the email warm up for a while then your marketing emails will land in more inboxes and not junk folders. Just an added tip for anyone struggling.

what I don't understand is, why media buyers, if they are so good at for example Facebook Ads, don't run their own SMMA but sit on UpWork ?

@@lukacerekovic3296 just getting the payment on the call, but the whole Upwork thing is a big grey area for me. It's against their TOS and I remember when I read it they have a paragraph that states that you agree that they can fine you anywhere from like $1000 to $20k+ (your "hourly rate" x 2080).
I'm sure this probably doesn't happen a lot and most likely you can get away with the usual stuff, but I don't even use Upwork. Don't take my word for it. I've been getting my business elsewhere
Hey i have a question if you dont mind answering haha. I have started an agency that essentially provides video editors to RUclipsrs and I have everything set up. The only issue I am coming across is how hard it is to find clients. Most RUclips videos focus on marketing but there are none on video editing as a service so I am really confused. I'm asking you what you would do to find clients if you were in my shoes. Any tips would be amazing. Besides that I just want to appreciate your content and also how real you are with the audience.
If I were you I would vet out people on upwork with needs in that specific niche. They don't all have to be on youtube. There are many platforms that can use your help. Weddings, Commercials, Music videos, just as an example. Expand your network. Otherwise, advertise your service like you would on any other media service.

VA's can write anywhere from 25-50 emails a day IF you have a good system and I pay them on a fixed weekly budget
