This is a great nugget! Thank you. Question for you. Im considering making a virtual matrix that will cover the whole house - similar to projection mapping. Do you think its possible to sub model the virtual matrix to display 4 mp4 videos to play simultaneously with just 1 projector?
Things to be sure about are. Will the projector be bright enough to cover an entire house? Next it would probably be better to use a video editor to stack all you videos . However yes you could submodel the entire virtual matrix.
Hello I really liked this and had an awesome idea to create a video for a nativity scene to use on a matrix. I created the nativity using nativity props and then and sequenced the whole nativity as a group and really liked the outcome but then discovered I can not render and copy a group. Do you know of a way around this or does it truly only work for unsocial props?
What a shame that you no longer make and share videos. I think your explanation is the best on the internet.
Thank you for the kind words.
This video made me subscribe. Well done.

Thanks for this. I’ve been trying to use models and most of them are too big for The matrix and won’t map.

You could use OBS to record multiple props.
